No shuttle option, laundry list of rules including who is and who is not allowed in the room I paid for. Very loud at night, and the ac on the lowest setting was barely enough to keep me cool.

I am a returning customer but was sadly disappointed. Not as advertised. Although attempts were made to provide a suitable room, they were all uncomfortable downgrades. After a long flight and numerous trips up and down the hotel, I resorted to forfeiting my stay and moved to another hotel. No refunds provided for Expedia bookings.
Front desk staff could use customer service training as well.

This property is more of a disco than a hotel. The toilet was dirty, and the Wi-Fi did not work for the most part. It's actually the second worst hotel I have travelled to.

First of all I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport for my one night business stay. My flight was delayed for more than 4 hours so I checked in about 10pm. I kept asking 3 different staff if I could check out late because I will be leaving 8pm the following day. No one even tried to facilitate my request. I didn’t even stay 24 hrs. They insisted I pay 150tt per extra hour or 165US for another night. I paid 450tt so I could check out 3pm. In short not very accommodating for people in bad situations like mine.

There is very limited hotel choices close to the airport, downtown is about 30 min drive. The runway is ok, rooms are nice and spacious, the only problem is the blaring music at night, it very loud. If you are into this, well, you will like this place. If not, well the 30 min drive may be an option... The food choices at the restaurant are unreal, thai, chinese, italian, etc. We were both very happy with our meal. Powedered coffee in the AM..
Overall its ok, besides the noise.

If you have a flight to catch and want to sleep do not stay here. The hotel party with loud music like a night club. I called the front desk to ask them when will the music stop and the party ends and they said 12:00 midnight. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is convenient to the airport, good restaurant and comfortable bed, nothing fancy here but good for a day or so walking distance to other restaurants. Good service and clean place. Friday night they have music and it can be loud until midnight . Other than that its a bit espensive for that type of hotel.
