The staff was very friendly and access to the reef was easy. Rooms were serviced twice per day. However, taxis are required to get to other areas as well as grocery stores which can be expensive paying in US dollars.

What an amazing property. We stayed in a two bedroom seaside room. This was a fully functioning apartment. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean with a large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need, all cooking utensils, pots and pans and two coffee machines. Three TV’s and a large table and seating area. Well lit,non smoking facility. The two restaurants on site were super expensive and not very good but we were in short driving distance to multiple restaurants. I suggest you rent a car. The beach is well maintained and you can order drinks seaside. The housekeeping staff is amazing. Always kept our room clean, plenty of clean towels, turndown service every evening. This is a boutique resort that was not crowded and central to supermarkets and activities like Grace Gourmet and Royal Golf Club. It is a 15 minute drive to and from the airport. Be prepared everything is pricey in Turks and Caicos. US currency is expected everywhere and US electric sockets. I highly recommend.

Pros: Clean ocean front room with beautiful beach. Snorkeling right off the beach, you have to wait for schools of fish to swim by before walking back to your beach chair. Can get crowded with people from other resorts walking down to snorkel. Use the grocery shuttle to get food $10 per person and eat on your balcony enjoying the view. Great for families. Cos: Construction all day for hotel expansion next door, Continental breakfast just ok (oatmeal, fruit, toast) no eggs you have to pay extra, our room was located above cafe employees are very loud at 7am setting up restaurant, pool chairs and gardening with leaf blowers. Restaurant food is not good eat elsewhere (Indigo at Wyamara) or make your own food from grocery store. Customer service is hit or miss…

Everyone’s favorite resort! Directly on the ocean. Wrap around balcony and VIP suite oceanfront. Very expensive over 1,000 a night but worth it. Don’t do the shuttle to grocery store. They charge you for the shuttle and take you to an expensive gourmet shop. The butler service is more like a concierge but they have great suggestions ! I would suggest a free shuttle and better breakfast but will definitely be back ! Restaurant expensive but not very good. But the bartender was wonderful.

I really liked how many beach activities were included and how kind every staff member was. Family traveling with kids ages 10 & younger, normally travel to Maui for tropical vacations, and we LOVED our trip to T&C by comparison. I wish the included breakfast options were more clear as well as beach activity sign-out, but we were in a rush at check-in so maybe that impacted the explanation time. It was also hard to know where to park and check-in on our first day with a rental car rather than car service so I wish the lobby was well marked from the street, but these are minor things.compared to how wonderful our stay was! I recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. I was told it was fully booked and never once felt crowded or overlooked. I really liked the pool for the bungalows and how close everything was at the hotel

Went with husband and daughter in April. In general Nice hotel well located on the beach, friendly stuff. We got the 1BD apartment which was nice but not on the beach. Sofa bed was very inconvenient!
But-
pool area was small.
Limited dining. Very average food quality
No real lobby.
Continental breakfast was very poor
Getting out of hotel only by taxi (relatively expensive). We had to rent a car as was cheaper.
I would consider it more of average hotel but cost was very high ($800 per night).

The grounds and the beach were beautiful and our room was absolutely gorgeous. It is a small resort with 1 pool and 1 restaurant. It is in a quiet section of the island. You must take a taxi to go into town or you can walk on the beach for about a mile. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is construction going on right next door

It’s quite a dated premises. Our room was not cleaned on several occasions. When raised this with the GM she said she’d issue a resort credit. This ‘credit’ was added to our bill in error!! What a mess. The butler forgot to call our taxi to the airport for our return flight. Basic stuff missed. Great beach! But silly irritants that could have been avoided. For what was supposed to be relaxing… it was quite a stressful stay, sadly.

Property is out of the main area & the beach is very small. Staff is there but not really happy about it. Our room was clean but small. In order to get the restaurants & shops it is a taxi ride away & once in town not easy to get a taxi back. Took the bikes out & the lock broke & the staff was not very accommodating or concerned with what happened. Used the spa & they have to send someone from outside & the service was not great - there was no music & the shower was cold. The food service was the same at the 2 places on the property nothing fantastic & only one restaurant close within walking distance a taco place. It is not worth the money.

Overall it’s a beautiful beachfront resort. The room was better than the public areas. Spacious beautiful clean oceanfront suite with a well appointed kitchen. Very nice. A free washer and dryer is provided in the room. Also good.
The beach overall is beautiful and you can walk for miles. The beach directly by the resort (and only there) is very narrow from erosion which limits space for water sports and chairs. On the positive there exists a small reef for snorkeling there.
The food service is acceptable but pricey. For what you pay to stay I’d have expected more included than a cold continental breakfast.
Meals everywhere are exorbitantly expensive. The hotel does offer a daily shuttle to a very nice but expensive grocery store. We prepared and ate many meals in our room. The restaurant next door “someplace” is very good and reasonably priced.
Providenciales is very expensive and tourists don’t seem to care. A taxi ride anywhere is about $15 per person each way. So plan to spend an extra $120 for a group of four every time you leave the property. Meals average about $60 per person before drinks and tax is 30 percent.
Turks and Caicos is a dive destination and that was the purpose for our trip. While Windsong is a perfect spot for a beach vacation it is not a hotel for divers. All the dive shops are an expensive taxi ride away. The hotel has no pier. The excursion desk offered a lot in the way of parasailing and snorkeling but had no ability to organize dives
