Very Disappointed!!! The property was beautiful with friendly staff upon arrival, which appeared to be the perfect vacation scenario. However, the cleanliness of the outdoor bar eating spaces caused us concern, as one of our travelers became sick with a noro-virus type stomach bug several hours after consuming food there. Within a day and a half myself and my 25 year old daughter also had the same virus, and were not able to eat or enjoy the facilities as we were very ill. We spoke with management several times to express our concerns and to ask if others were also ill. The management team denied that others were ill, however staff in the small boutique on site told us that their medicine supply was depleted and others were also complaining of illness. We were also told that one of their own staff members was ill a couple of days prior to our arrival and had not returned to work, which may have contaminated surfaces at the resort. This matter was not handled well by management. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

This was a beautiful, zen, elegant property with the most friendly unbelievable service. It’s the perfect upscale intimate getaway. The ONLY bummer is the airport experience. It’s awful!! Customs line took 90 minutes!!! On the way back, 4 flights were taking off within 15 minutes of each other and the small unairconditioned terminal with no amenities was awful!! This is hurting a great place to go. The water is the most calm, blue and spectacular you’ll ever see!

Quiet, relaxing, night shades in the rooms. Needs more restaurants and food options, Service is slow have to raise your flag or call someone. Hospitality in MX people are constantly waiting on you. Drinks very expensive, you go to the airport and much cheaper

Roomy, ocean front 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen (minus oven) that was perfect for family of 4 with 2 older teens on king pullout with large bathroom and walk in closet. Mostly couples at this resort, but kids were fine hanging at beach or pool but we also did a catamaran snorkling island hop excursion with Ocean Vibes one day to break up the beach time.
Buffet breakfast and beach chairs, umbrellas, towel setups included in daily room rate with totally zen pool experience and nice spa and workout facilities.
Very clean, well-maintained property with great service from staff that were always there when you needed them. F&B manager, Gerald, was standout. He seemed to be everywhere keeping things tight and right from breakfast buffet to Indigo dinner service even checking in with guests on the beach and making sure public area bathrooms were clean.
Standard fare and good selection on menu at Zest beach bar and dining area are flavorful and well executed for the premium prices. Nice that food and drinks can also be ordered from your beach chair with a service flag. Indigo stands out for unique drinks, dishes and fresh fish for upscale dinner experience.
FYI that taxis all charge per person to go off resort, which adds up quickly, if travelling with family.
Stopped at IGA for snacks, wine, liquor on arrival from airport but learned they will also shop and stock sundries for minor fee.
Overall, a great experience for us at Wymara and we can't wait to return!

The resort was amazing with just one comment to those considering it for yourselves. We requested early check-in 3 months in advance as our flight got in before noon. There was no confirmation or response. Our room was not ready until after 3PM. Advise to either arrive with your swimsuit or a small bag with what you need to change for pool/beach. The only places to wait are literally outdoors. Same thing for checkout at 12 noon. Our flight was at 5PM. Stay at the pool and change right before leaving to airport. They will hold your luggage.

Beautiful location, close to the airport, right on the Grace Bay beach, well maintained premises, modern look. Air purifiers in the room kept the room air clean and crisp. Rooms were cleaned frequently.
Friendly staff...special shout out to Vivek Thorve and Deejo Sébastien, managers at the bar and restaurant. They took great care of us and helped make our stay very comfortable.
Only other feedback would about the breakfast...the choices were good but could've been better.
