Stay was nice .. a little loud outside .. the place is far from the main strip so you need a taxi.. taxis get expensive.. hotel room was nice but we did have one roach .. the view was beautiful from the balcony .. they gave you free water and the continental breakfast was bananas and apples along with a few pastries not bad .. if I would go back I might try the main strip but did like my stay

Good value for money, Zenza is well thought out and with all that you need for a vacation or business stay. The staff are courteous and efficient. Situated next to Turtle Cove Marina the hotel is only a ten-minute taxi ride to Grace Bay and other popular parts of the island. Although there is no on-property restaurant there are full-service restaurants nearby (Baci, Mango Reef, Marine Room & Magnolia), a cool family friendly bar/restaurant (Sharkbite) and Turks Wave Cafe for a substantial or light breakfast. Zenza offers complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby each morning.

This hotel is conveniently located by grace bay beach closer to turtle cove marina. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very modern and clean. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping things in order. They have towels for the beach, gave great excursion recommendations, had free parking, and gave bottled water! I would absolutely stay here again. The bad reviews for this hotel go to show you cannot please anyone. It is a great hotel with clean amenities and friendly staff.

I stayed at the Zenza hotel for a solo birthday trip and they were so accommodating esp Jen that works at the front desk. she is so sweet and helpful with all my taxi pick ups and restaurants recommendation. I would give this hotel a 4/5 only because a bigger selection of continental breakfast could be looked into.

LOVED every minute of my stay at Zenza. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are exactly as advertised, they have endless bottled water, a lovely little pool, and eateries that are walkable near the marina. You'll be a bit, not a far drive, from Grace Bay so keep that in mind if you want to be near there since you'll need a car. But the island is not super large so it's quick to get anywhere. I had the king room with marina view via a balcony and I spent do much time on the balcony to relax and read. Also really loved the tub in my room. Very quiet around here and walkable to Smiths Reef plus they give you rides to the beach and offer a list of places, taxis, and delivery upon check-in. Simply fantastic from the moment I arrive to when I left.

We stayed in Hotel Zenza on the last night of our trip to TCI. It was a lovely oasis. We were able to linger by the pool while we waited for our flight. I would definitely go back

Great hotel, nice location in Turtle Cove. Free parking and easy to get to/from the airport and sites of interest. Nice large room with a great balcony and views of the marina.

The front desk concierge were very friendly and helpful while booking excursions and finding taxis. They even helped us pick restaurants around the area. The hotel was nice and clean and although breakfast isn’t included they do provide fruits, pastries and juice in the hotel lobby. It is in a quiet area about 10 minutes away from grace bay. The beach that they have access to is a part of grace bay and is very quiet and perfect for snorkeling. They offer bikes and a golf cart ride to the beaches so you don’t have to walk. They also have complementary beach towel, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment. We really enjoyed our stay here at Zenza. Thank you Zenza staff!

This place is excellent if ur looking to wake up to a beautiful view every morning (palm trees, boats on the marina, and a beautiful sunshine on ur balcony)..sit in a big beautiful tub close by ur bed and feel like royalty! No full breakfast but honestly the fruits, pastries, and coffee/tea/juice provided was enough to get me started for the day & im a foodie! 2 Restaurants right downstairs & more are minutes away if ur driving or taking a taxi. The shower toilet area was different & a bit awkward if i was traveling with someone who i needed privacy from while showering or using the toilet but i traveled solo so it didnt bother me and the tub made up for whatever issue i had with that. Overall beautiful place to stay would definitely recommend.
