This property is amazing! Short walk to the beach! Easy to get transportation. The front desk staff is so nice, very helpful! Love the studio ocean view room...everything you need is in the room!! Even a washer & dryer!! There are a lot of stairs to get to the room but I got use to it lol...I didn't want to leave! Beautiful property & grounds well kept! I can't wait to return! Close to airport as well! Awesome place!

La Vista Azul is no frills but decent. The outside property is nice but the rooms are old and dated. Our first night the water was cold and there was a huge water bug in the kitchen. The saving grace was the staff being so nice and accommodating. Also not a big fan of the layout. We had to lug our suitcases up several flights of stairs to the back of the resort where our room was. I suggest they get a large gold cart and take folks staying in the rear buildings to their room. The view from the pool was nice but the pool itself was no frills either. Apparently, they’re one of the few hotels that have a hot tub (I didn’t fact check this) So I guess that’s a plus. The cleanliness of the sheets and towels are questionable so we just tried to wash our own.

Our room was not properly cleaned- there was hair in our shower and a peppermint stuck to the floor when we entered the room. It was not a dated room so it was a shame for it not have been cleaned properly. I was not clear that this is not a hotel, staff leave around five. They were nice but we had a lousy room in the first floor with a view of the parking lot.

Excellent service. They go above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s a great location if you have a car- without a car you’ll need taxis or good walking shoes to get to Grace Bay or Leeward.
Close to turtle cove marina and some great snorkeling. Mango Reef and Simone’s are both great restaurants you can walk to. Great value for your money!

This place is truly a hidden gem dont waste money at those expense resorts the pictures dont do the property justice its beautiful 2 pool 3 jacuzzi secret walkway to the beach . The staff will have you a taxi in second which are affordable they dont serve food here at all but there are places in walking distance full kitchen with fridge store down the road and restaurants nearby

After traveling all day they wouldn't even allow us to check in 30 mins early. I could understand if the hotel was full but it wasn't. Didn't have a smart TV.
Online it says there's a restaurant on the property but on check-in I found out it was closed.

Overall for the price this place was 10/10 our last day we stayed at resort that was twice as much per night but the rooms at Vista where bigger and overall I felt more comfortable in La Vista Azul than the resort that we stayed at which is the sands at Grace Bay I recommend renting a car in Turks and Caicos‘s because if you take the taxi they’re going to charge you way more try not to use a taxi as much as you can. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient is that it wasn’t right on the beach but if you rent a car a really let you see other places with interest and Caicos’s and it’s really nice

This property was chosen due to its proximity to the marina. We got in a day early for a scuba trip. The young woman who checked us in was very nice and even offered to let us come back to use the pool and store our bags since we had a late afternoon flight when we got off the boat. The cleanliness was ok and facilities also ok. For the price I was expecting a bit more such as a bed that is not quite so worn, belongings from last guest not left about, and towels that may not be pilled and stained. It should also be mentioned that we had to drag all of our gear up 5 flights of stairs. There was no elevator and we were not offered assistance with this. My gear for the scuba trip weighs 100lbs. This was not ideal. It's convenient but pricey and not as full service as one would expect for the price point. I spent over 300$ for one night. Will likely look for other accommodations should I return to this location.

Beautiful property, room was very nice. Courtyard view, well not so much. View was electrical transformer, parking lot, and rear entrance to commercial business. I didn't care I wasn't there for viewing. Just eating and sleeping. Nice facility for the money. I will stay next year also.

I think the property was great! It was a complete apartment with kitchen, air conditioning, it had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The staff was great and very helpful. We rented a car which i recommend and there was plenty of parking. They also have maps to help you realize where you are and where you're going
