Overview

Sleep 'n' Fly Sleep Lounge in Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3 offers a convenient solution for travelers with long layovers. While the individual sleeping pods are small, they provide a quiet and clean space to rest. Guests appreciate the pods for short rests or naps, allowing them to escape the busy terminal environment. However, it's important to note that the lounge does not have its own bathrooms or shower facilities; guests must use the public restrooms in the terminal. The location is not always easy to find, and clear signage is needed.

Ideal when you have a long layover between flights.

I recently stayed at the Sleep 'n Fly Sleep Lounge, to catch a cat nap during an overnight layover. The space I ended up with was about the size of an Emirates Air business-class seat. It was comfortable enough to rest for about five hours before my next flight. As the booking stated, they did not provide a bathroom; thus, washing up and brushing my teeth in the public bathroom wearing my pajamas was a bit awkward. Given how busy the DXB airport is, even in the middle of the night, it helped to have a quiet place to rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Both attendants, Alex and Robyn were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was satisfied with my choice, for which I paid about $120. However, for a longer layover, you may want to consider some more comfortable choices, either at the airport or nearby.

Short stay due to long stop at airport. Room was fine for a short sleepover. A bit noisy but would recommend for a few hours if you wish to sleep

The place is a little hard to find, and to make matters more confusing, the reception is on another level, away from the rooms/cabins. The rooms are VERY small, which is to be expected, but so are the comforters, which is weird and made our stay less comfortable. Biggest minus by far though is that there are no toilets in the hotel, so you have to go all the way out into the airport and use the public restrooms. It’s a little uncomfortable brushing your teeth next to other passengers, but especially inconvenient if you have to use the toilet during the night (and as I am pregnant, I do). We were also a little disappointed there did not seem to be any shower options available. Other than that, the room/cabin was fine — it has what you need, but no more than that. And it’s very clean.

What a great idea. We were exhausted when we arrived at the Dubai airport. We had a 12 hour layover and this sleep and fly cabin was just what we needed. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was right in the middle of a very busy airport. It was clean, quiet, and very easy to find. The restrooms were very close by and clean. Good experience. We felt rested when we boarded our 15 hour flight. I highly recommend.

It's very difficult to find this sleep and fly lounge. Walked for more almost an hour inside the Airport even after taking the train to C Gates. There is no sign. It's hidden next to a bathroom and a prayer room for female. Had to ask an Airport staff at the end when exhausted searching for it. Still found it hard to locate even after the direction for an Airport staff. For a few hours of sleep, it's a good place but no washroom or shower facilities. I was told by the receptionist that I have to walk a few minutes to go to a lounge, probably Marhaba lounge and pay them for a shower. Later after leaving the sleep and fly lounge, got to know from an Airport staff that there are free showers available too. Found it at the end near Gate B14 and B19 at Terminal 3 but they don't have towels. I wasn't carrying any, so again couldn't take shower but I know now for the next time what all to expect. Before this one, I stayed in Aerotel hotel in Singapore Changi Airport Airside. They have good bathrooms with shower facility for a very little bit of higher price. I won't mind paying a little extra for that comfort and this sleep and fly lounge was missing that badly.

The staff was very disrespectful and rude. I had to call expedia for assistance. Still resulted in me not being able to check in. They refuse to give me a refund, credit or just transfer me to another place to rest. I lost money and spent over 12 house in airport. Not the way to treat anyone.

The location is not well advertised. There needs to be more signs , directions on the location within the airport

Convenient for a couple of hours sleep rather than an uncomfortable airport chair. Juat be awate these are just sleep pods and aren't very big, I'm 6ft and couldn't lay down straight, tge bed is also very hard. They also dont have toilet or wash facilities and you have to use the airport toilets.
