Guests appreciate the spacious rooms and convenient location just off the M5, making it easily accessible. The on-site restaurant and bar on the 8th floor offer stunning views and a good breakfast, although some guests have noted that it can get busy. Lovely hotel overall 2 negative points is one the breakfast availability as every day food ran out and very slow reaction to refills so you had finished before more available. Secondly the hotel appeared to be very focussed on sustainability but a bit far with the lifts . Seems a new hotel but 2 lifts always turned off so only one working at anytime which stopped working one day so saw people dragging suitcases up 5 flights . I get trying to save electric but why build a hotel with 3 lifts as it's counterproductive.

Why in earth was our accessible room as far from the lift as it could possibly be? A room for two people needs two chairs, not just one. Our fridge failed but was not repaired during our stay. Disabled parking was not by the entrance to the hotel. Why?

Great hotel with air con, perfect for a day/night in a hot July. My room was clean, comfortable and cool. The WiFi was abysmal, not good when you are writing a document for work. I called reception they said they would reset it but to be honest it didn't make any difference. The £12 parking charge is a bit steep. Where else am i going to park when staying at a hotel? I would stay here again.

Excellent check in and professional staff. Avery nice touch to be offered a discount on the parking fee as compensation for having a wet room style bathroom, which we didn’t mind anyway. A lovely touch though by the staff. Fantastic bar and restaurant on the 8th floor which is simply stunning with panoramic views for miles around. A lovely stay once again.

This is a perfect clean hotel stay for business people , westpoint or close to airport , it’s not for a country break although views from the top floor restaurant are amazing and we stayed 3 nights for a west point convention .The rooms are clean, new and immaculate cannot fault , Bad points not really but shame about pay parking but that’s common in city’s, and the breakfast layout was a bit all over the place , I’m finding tiny faults though the breakfast itself was fine . Marriott standard worth a few quid more than the likes of travel lodge or premier inn although I got a deal it was actually cheaper for a family of 4 . Amazing value .

The air Con; Made the bars and restaurant uncomfortable. Much too cold The charge of £12 for car parking should be highlighted in the booking info.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean rooms. Nice staff. Paid but convenient parking. Breakfast was very busy and took a while to find a cleared table - there were many with dirty dishes etc left on many tables not being cleared. There was a poster in the lift advising of busy periods for breakfast and we were there at the busiest period. We would stay again.
