Room was comfortable, check in was easy although we waited whilst 3-4 staff members just stood and we weren’t acknowledged.Nothing was mentioned about parking but we overheard the details when someone else was checking in. Breakfast was nice, lady who checked our room number seemed like she didn’t want to be there,I asked her if there was any bread as it was all empty and she said ‘yeah give me a minute’ and did not seem interested at all. Overall the stay was meh, myself and my husband were celebrating our 10th Wedding anniversary but there wasn’t anything special about the hotel or stay to be honest

It is a nice hotel close to the city centre. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. The only downside is the parking situation. If you want the parking discount you can’t move your car during your stay. If you want to drive around you have to use another car park without any discount.

Pleasant stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Some areas of the building looking a bit tired and lack of secure parking for taller vehicles.

Stayed here afew times as its in a great location . The hotel , including the rooms are always clean & tidy . Beds are very comfortable with a range of pillows . Two downsides to staying here, the lack of hotel parking & the breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, especially when the hotels really busy . Definitely not worth the price they charge £16 , unless you manage to get a deal !
