Airport pick up very slow. Many other hotels shuttles very responsive.
Checkin very slow. Only 1 very nice staff member available with a line of people waiting for their rooms. Very understaffed.

We stayed here the first three nights then came back two nights before flying home. We appreciated all the amenities and feeling safe in the business area of town. They even had a police car in the parking lot 24/7. Breakfast and snack bar in the evening were great. We only had one day they didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 5pm so I skipped it as we were flying home the next morning. I would definitely recommend.

I frequent Embassy Suites when I travel (because I love the breakfast) and I must say that this property was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk was prompt and efficient with check in. Overall, its hard to really compare with other Embassy Suites because the one's that I've stayed in have all been nice (this one is a newer property), but compared to other hotels within this hotel tier, this one is at the highest level!

Great value for the money paid. Happy hour and breakfast was great. Staff seemed that they really enjoyed working there. Would return if traveling via Atlanta.

Our stay here is always great! The hotel is clean and up to expectations. The staff, in the entire hotel, is friendly and always goes above and beyond. Most importantly, there is always security in the parking area. This is our go to hotel!

We had our worst ever hotel experience here. Because of flight delays our 12 AM arrival ended up being a 3 AM arrival.We were exhausted and ready for some sleep. We had booked 2 nights so that we could sleep in and catch an evening connecting flight he following day. Imagine our surprise when we learned that there was no longer any booking as they had overbooked and deleted our stay. We called Hotels.com and they booked us another room nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn at 4 AM. However when we called the place to confirm, they informed us that check in was at 3 PM and they would not honor this reservation. This is when we learned about the daily audit , a dead zone in the wee hours of the day that make it near impossible to find a room. The previous day is tallied and a new day doesn't begin until afternoon check in the following day. We placed about ten frantic calls all saying the same thing until someone finally sympathized and allowed us to check in at 5 AM. Hotels.com eventually refunded us for both days. What an education in corporate ruthlessness. It was a nightmare experience for us. The desk clerk at Embassy was magnificent in helping us sort out this impossible experience. I had never heard of a hotel just dropping a reservation between the floorboards like this when it becomes more convenient and profitable for them to just delete us. No notification. Nothing. Just a terrible experience.

Everything was great with the Hotel, the AC was kinda difficult to manage, but I figured it out.
Breakfast was awesome.
My only problem was with the Parking.
Nothing special with the parking but I had to
Pay $20. A day.
But I wasn’t told that when I booked.

We stayed three nights. Checkin and checkout very welcomingand fast. Room was spotless and specious. It had a large desk perfect for two people to sit and get some work done. Loved the layout of the room, the separation of living and bedroom was perfect.
Bathroom big enough to share for two people at the same time.
Breakfast was wonderful, Yolanda at the fresh prep station was so sweet and welcoming. I love it that they use fresh eggs and also egg whites. The service team were constantly around to refill and make sure that its was clean all around.
The lobby is gorgeous and the bar is well stocked.
Gym is small, but functional enough to get a good workout done. Please maybe more Yoga matts.
The pool area was very nice, but the water was freezing..but Iam from Florida so somebody else might not get bothered by it.
Parking was not included, which is the only thing that gets a small negative point and public parking can be tricky. But we made a great deal with our room and vs other hotels, the nightly rate of 22$ was still somewhat ok.
All in all I can see myself staying again in this property when in the ATL area.

I booked while driving InA road trip with my family. It’s $190 per room plus $20 per day for parking. That parking fee was not listed anywhere and they charged my fully when I arrived at midnight and left the next morning. They said they would keep part of the deposit. I’ll was surprised by that and for over $200 it was a ratchet stay. I called customer service twice to let them know I was arriving late and requested the couch bed to be made with bedding and extra pillows. Last time I had stayed there was not any sheets on the pullout couch and we were scrambling after a ten hour drive to make our own bed. I called twice to ask them to have it ready to avoid that scamrble and stress at midnight . To no avail….. there was no note as promised on my account - I ended up waiting an hour in the middle of the night to get bedding for the pullout couch and we ended up making our own bed after a ten hour drive. They didn’t care - they just said no note and wouldn’t even waive the ridiculous parking or anything.
