They overbooked so when I went to get a room there they had no rooms. So Expedia didn’t help me at all. I spent the night sleeping on the airport floor.

Booked through hotels.com. When arriving at ATL airport, we called hotel shuttle service to find out rooms were sold out despite having confirmed itinerary number. Sat on hold with hotels.com for an hour and 40 minutes to get authorized for different hotel. We shuttled to 2nd hotel with 20 people waiting to check in. By the time we got to front of the line, was told hotels.com can't book because the hotel is sold out on their website. The 2nd hotel did have rooms available and hotels.com compted the room. However, 2 hours inconvience and the headache is not worth 1 night free hotel. Will skip 3rd party booking

Nice value, comfort and convenient location for short trip. The hotel seemed dated compared to other Hyatt Place hotels I've stayed at but the staff was super friendly and very efficient. The little couch had some stains and small tear and the furniture was worn. Again, it was a good value, the room was clean and the ac worked great. I check out tomorrow so hopefully all the good experiences I've had to this point will continue thru the check out process. Also the shuttle driver was very polite and not intrusive. Very professional.

Stayed on stopover Atlanta to New York. Shuttle was excellent and even offered to pick us up from the airport when we dropped our rental car off. Reception staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Hotel is going through modernisation of rooms but our room was clean and confortable which is all you need for a one night stop. Free parking and breakfast a plus. Why would you pay more for a hotel when this one gives you extras free.

The establishment was nice. The staff was good and professional. I wish that there were phones in the rooms so that you don't have to travel to the front desk for everything. Also they need more towels in each room especially when there's more than 1 person in there. Other than that, everything else was good.
