Homewood Suites Atlanta Airport North

What a horrible place to stay. I checked in after a long stressful flight. I got to my room and was ready for bed, and pulled the sheet back and had dried up blood on the sheet. I addressed this with the front desk. They were apologetic and gave me a fresh sheet to put on. The lady at the front desk offered me a free night of the 2 night stay. I confirmed with her the next day. 11 days later I have not received a credit. Big business always taking advantage of the consumer. I would have been good without her offering a free night and not following through.

Hotel was good and convenient for traveling into downtown Atlanta for festivities.

We had an issue with our room not being completely functional but the staff provided us with with an additinal room. Overall the place wss dated, but functional. The airport parking is a little pricey at $15 per night, but again, functional.

I’m very happy with my stay. I booked the King Suite. Room was clean and spacious, bed was an awesome sleep. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the shower which showed some either dirt or signs of mold thankfully I brought shower shoes. Parking lot was safe and secure. I returned after a late evening to parking lot security who wouldn’t let me in without checking my credentials which I really appreciated because the surrounding area is a little shaky and busy so I felt safe to park my rental car there. Staff was friendly. Convenient location to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Room was not clean and had roaches. The bathroom had empty body wash and lotion bottles in the shower nothing was stocked. We booked a room with a tub do to to having small kids and needed up with a handicap shower that wet the whole bathroom floor and my daughter slipped and fell and hit her head on the floor because it was so slippery. I don’t think that would be good for someone that was actually handicapped. Only thing that was good was the airport shuttle but it was a van and had limited space for our family and bags.

Close to airport and great for our overnight stay!

Great hotel by the airport

This hotel was quite disappointing. We requested a crib and despite asking multiple times, the crib was never provided. The front desk associate told me that he was the only person working and was "short-staffed" and this was the cause of the delay for the crib (which never arrived). In addition, the beds were clearly old, lumpy, way too soft, and kind of squeaky. The sofa bed was inclined at a pretty steep angle, so my head kept hitting the top of the bed frame. The air conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms, so it was really hot. The hotel shuttle for this hotel never arrived at the airport, so we ended up hitching a ride with another hotel's shuttle (whose driver graciously dropped us off). Overall, this hotel needs more staff and a serious upgrade.

Check-in was smooth the gentleman at the counter was very professional and accommodating. When we were settling into our room the tv in the living area wasn't working, one call to the front desk within minutes someone was there to check it out. The room was clean, there was five of us so we needed more towels, washcloths, bedding and pillows. That was a easy fix, just a visit to the front desk took care of that. Nice variety of hot/cold breakfast items. Free parking, the location was very convenient to where we were competing. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Overall it was a good stay!! I would stay again and I would recommend to others

The housekeeping, front desk receptionist, cooks and management staff. Thanks for a nice stay at Homewood, the police eat breakfast here, I feel safe. Recommendation, taste the grits, awesome. The rooms are comfortable for traveling with a family, very quiet and clean.
