We made reservations for a room overlooking the airport with a balcony, when we checked in we were given a room on the other side of the hotel overlooking the parking lot

Our only issue was that we relied upon the shuttle to get us to the airport to make an early flight. We flew international (Terminal F). The shuttle driver only stopped at one stop at Departures (far from Terminal F). Security was already very busy and slow at ~5:45 am.

Checked in late. Check-in was too long. Just give me the key card. It was paid in advance. I told them I needed it for 6 hours--I don't need any extra information and don't try to make it a perk that I'm on the top floor with a lounge that is closed. My room was far from the elevator and loud because of the airport activity. The service in the restaurant was very slow.

We are an elderly coup!e aged 85 and 88. After being stranded in Atlanta overnight due to plane and airport issues, with no available help from our airline .. DELTA AIRLINES .. we were able to occupy our room at 10am.instead of the normal check in time of 4pm A beautiful and well maintained property with efficient and friendly staff. The check-in staff member helped arrang a shopping expedition to a local mall where we were able to purchase toiletries and clothing. The hotel provided a soothing experience to a stressful time.

Hotel was fine and staff very good. Only problem, and it is not the fault of the hotel, is that shuttle bus does not go to international terminal. After two long international flights the last thing needed is to have to get a shuttle bus to get a shuttle bus.

Loved the airport view. Parking is great. Disappointed that breakfast is not included- know it’s available, but was way too pricey. Also disappointed that shuttle does not take you to the international side of the airport.
