Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - North

We were there just over night. Room had been recently remolded. Very convenient to airport.

Before making a decision to stay here, I read some disturbing negative reviews. There were also many positive ones. I don’t know how this property could rate anything below 5 stars. If I could give it ten, I would. It was clean and conveniently located off a main road near restaurants and a quiet residential neighborhood. Every staff member I met was warm, friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was conveniently scheduled and reliable. The hotel has been updated with all the post-covid precautions for environmental cleanliness, including LVT vinyl flooring and bed linens that are fresh and clean between guests. Shower is awesome. Everything is new, up to date and spotless. Conveniences include microwave, fridge, and Keurig, all in new condition. The hotel posts quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. The included breakfast buffet is very nice. At times the ladies have a little trouble keeping things refilled but are quick to help with anything that is brought to their attention. Traveling alone, I felt very safe both inside and outside the hotel. A very nice Mexican restaurant on the property is worth a lunch or dinner visit, and you receive a discount when you show your room key. A winner all around. I may not ever return to this area, but if you are visiting and are looking for a clean, convenient and welcoming place to stay, please consider this Holiday Inn Express.

We were scrambling to get a hotel after two days of flight cancellations and rebooking. This was close and served our needs.

We would definitely recommend this place.One thing we didn't like was we had to pay for parking.

I just needed a place to rest for a few hours because my air travel was so messed up. This property provided that. It was a clean bed and room. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

difficult to get an uber here from the airport. Very sketchy area, even for Atlanta.

After reading some recent reviews I was worried about staying here. We were a family of 7. Grand parents and 3 young kids. We arrived on a very busy day. This weekend was the computer shut down weekend so things in the travel industry were over whelmed. We found. The hotel clean and the staff were very busy making arrangements for guests. We had a great experience. Kids swam in a nice clean pool, the room was well prepared for us.

Kinda janky honestly. The hotel is kinda dated and not super clean. The parking lot is sketch and the surrounding area is creepy. The only reason we stayed was because we had an early flight. Wouldn’t stay again honestly.

This hotel is located in a dangerous area. The property is fenced in to keep homeless people out. They have security who bang on doors all hours of the night yelling security and demanding that you open your door at 3:40 in the morning to prove the wandering homeless people don’t belong in your room. The breakfast they advertise was awful. The front desk people are clueless and uninterested in customer service. Worst stay ever. Please avoid this hotel if you are traveling alone- no one could tell me why I had to open the door for security- I answered thru the door what do you want? He continued to bang - but as soon as my husband opened the door just a little bit - they said wrong room and walked away no telling what may have happened if I was alone and had to open that door. I mean how could he tell from a crack in the door that the person didn’t belong or wasn’t in my room that quickly after banging to get in for so long? Ladies please be careful

Your front reception Staff IS TERRIBLE. I ask.. after been given my Key that was closed up in envelope What is my room number ? She replied somewhat nasty look in you envelope. Okay I don't know where elevator is I don't if there is and internet password. I was just floored as senior citizen being treated like that. She made sure she told me about parking my vehicle and how much it was to cost and if I didn't park in the hotel parking I could get tow away. I very unhappy about how I was treated as Single Senior Citizen with Military Privileges
