The listing for this hotel on Expedia stated that there was a free hotel shuttle. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true, and we ended up scheduling a Lyft for our early morning flight. Our bed sheets had some stains on them, and the blackout curtains were not designed to cover the entire window.
The woman at the counter was clearly doing the best she could with few resources, and we really appreciated her help. We were not the only customers with issues that evening. She deserves a huge raise.

There was long black hair all over my room including on my pillows, in the bed, on the walls of the shower, and a handful in the shower drain. I do not have black hair. I had to move my flight a day earlier due to an emergency back home. Management was downright rude and refused to give me any sort of refund.

When I booked the Comfort Suites in Billings, MT on line the ad indicated it had a hotel shuttle. then when I went to check in the hotel clerk told me no there was no shuttle. The clerk told me the hotel staff would help me get an UBER or taxi in the morning.
Neither ere trur. Fortunately,, one of the people staying at the Comfort Suites said he would take me to the Billings airport. Please remove hotel shuttle from their ad. It was very upsetting since I couldn’t get a refund and had to rely on a complete stranger to drive me to the Aiirpot on time for my early morning flight.

I was there for 5 days and no room service. I asked the front desk if I needed to special request room service as I had several bags of trash. I was told to just leave it in the hall. Bathroom floor was sticky and glass for shower door was filthy. I missed my flight and did not arrive the day I was supposed to. I was told they cancelled my reservation because of this and all but one day rental would be refunded per their policy. So I re-booked the room. I now see I was charged for the full six days of my original booking and also charged for the five days I re-booked. Overall not a good experience.

Here are the highlights:
- Check-in was slow.
- The entire front parking lot was under construction, making finding a spot really difficult.
- The couch and comforter in our King Suite were filthy with stains on them.
- The front desk person (in the morning) was extremely rude. When I asked about the possibility of a later check-out (even if there was a fee), the answer I received was, "Well, our check-out is at noon and we're not going to do anything more than that."
-I got a knock on the door. No announcement of who it could be. So, I promptly got up and started making my way to the door before a man was already opening it to let himself in!! Excuse me?!! It was only about 10:30 am at this point so there is no reason anyone, even housekeeping, should be letting themselves into our room! Especially without announcing who you are! Incredibly unprofessional! Can you imagine the scenarios that went through my head?
- The only highlights were the size of the room and the breakfast attendant the morning we checked out. She was very kind and was great with keeping the area tidy.

The hotel listed “free airport shuttle” as an amenity which was one of the reasons I booked the reservation. Upon arrival, I was told there is no shuttle. This is a major inconvenience for us as we are a party of 3 flying out at 3 different times separated but several hours. This means 3 separate Uber trips. Not happy. Wouldn’t have booked it if I’d known I’d have to spend another $50-60 total to get each of us to the airport.

Rooms were sooo dirty... got switched after we checked in to find the couch and couch bed disgusting. Next room was still dirty... stains and marks all over furniture and carpet. Lock system went down while we were swimming and doing laundry. Front desk lady couldnt get any maintence to come in and we were locked out of our room until 2:35 am. I am a single mom travelling with 3 kids. The night lady was very nice. But it didnt fix the awful experiences. I was never offered compensation, and was soo exhausted after traveling I had no fight in me to make the only person who was nice feel terrible.

My room was very nice and clean. I picked this place because the website said 24 hr free airport shuttle. They stopped the shuttle 2 years ago. I had to pay for an Uber.
