Friendly staff and front desk. Clean room. No charge for overnight parking. We liked the hotel very much and will stay there again on our next trip to Billings.

The parking garage situation is not easy. Half the time the parking validation tag doesn’t work to get you out of the garage and ended up paying with my own money. Also, the housekeepers are very noisy outside my room starting at 9 AM.

It is beautiful and in excellent condition--it is old by age but not by appearance or condition. Staff were very congenial and competent. Free airport shuttle and free parking! Did not experience the restaurants within the hotel but they looked great. Lots of good dining options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again

Offers valet parking, lobby has beautiful seating area with a statement fireplace, a great place to eat breakfast and lunch and a high-end restaurant for dinner. Room is spacious and clean.

From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we checked out, every single staff member was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't try their restaurant Ten, but the Diner was fantastic. Food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Next time we are in Billings, the Northern will be our top choice.

A short but good stay with easy parking attached to the building. Clean room with adequate space and nice amenities.
