I like that there is a refrigerator and a microwave. I had requested handicapped access(bad knees). The shower was very good. I travel with my dog. I appreciate that she was able to be with me.

I turned my bed down to go to bed and it had not been changed from the last person that stayed there, black hair on the sheets. There was no toilet paper, soap, shampoo or conditioner. They took an extra 63 dollars for incidentals of which I never spent 1 cent. I have never had anyone do that ever and I travel all the time. I will not stay again.

Bedding was nice and soft. Good quality. We were on the top floor and it was nice and quiet for weary travelers.

This was our second time at a My Place...first was in Missoula. The one in Missoula was close to a walking path which was great to stretch legs. The service was friendly at both. In Billings on Fri. and Sat night it was noisy in middle of night. I don't think this is the hotel's "fault." People coming in at 2 or 3 and arguing in hall. We will continue to stay at My Place when we travel. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable, large, clean room. Staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend this hotel chain to anyone. Wish I knew about earlier as I would have booked this hotel when I travelling.
