Just had too much parking lot loudness and our room got lots if interstate truck noise w we had window open. Fairly pet friendly!

I paid for a room and my reservation was not honored. Not going to come here again. That is the most unprofessional thing you can do to someone traveling.

We got there st 4 pm. Our room was not ready. Then we learned the elevator was broken...this news came to us at 5. Our room was on the third floir. We are 77 years old and not able to drag luggage up 3 flights.of stairs. We asked for our money back. Was supposed to get an email this evening...which i didn't....not happy!!!

Rooms were quiet, windows weren’t fully closed but had stoppers on them, but there was a lot of noise that came from the parking lot in the mornings, aka revving engines.

Very friendly staff! Location is convenient for travelers. The hall leading to the room smelled bad and the room was worse. We purchased some odor eliminating spray for the room and it didn't work. If they were to have all carpet professionally cleaned or replaced, it'll make a huge difference.
Other issues:
Bathroom sink drained extremely slow
Shower water pressure low
Forr a single night stay, we made it work for us. If I had to stop for rest in that area again, I wouldn't mind staying here again for the price.

The lobby and halls were dirty. You hear everything and I could hear people in the parking lot I was on the third floor

Elevator not working, only double room available was not n second floor. One of our travelers has incredibly bad knees and climbing stairs was incredibly difficult. Management should have offered two singles on first floor at reduced rate or worked with another propert to assist

Hotel is nice. They are working to improve it and it shows. The only downside was a club next to the hotel that was thumping into the wee hours of the night. Then fighting in the parking lot afterwards. Maybe they need a privacy fence or hedgerow to separate the space.
