The downtown location is convenient but tricky for parking. A parking structure is available. An outdoor lot is situated on a one way street adjacent to another lot, which looks like one large lot without close inspection; be careful because if you drive into the wrong one, the street is one direction in the wrong direction. The hotel employees were discussing pay--underpay. I didn't realize I needed to swipe my room key to operate the elevator and rode the elevator a half floor three times before an employee in a suit clarified the situation for me. Thecbrick facade in the room is a facade covering popcorn walls. The room was narrow but clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge and a coffee pot with tea and coffee pods. I did not try the hotel upstairs, but my husband says room service delivers good food. The view outside my window was both city and the rimrock mountainous terrain, beautiful!

Very nice property and staff was great. I was concerned about early check in, as my granddaughter and I had to wait over 3 hours to our room do to our flights. For as nice as this hotel was, early check in would have made this an excellent hotel.

They've made some changes, removed the coffee shop, & cut back the distance of their shuttle services.

This is not a swanky hotel and honestly it’s pretty average BUT the staff here is just amazing and sets this hotel apart from others in Billings. They make the experience so very nice. The drivers of the cookie van shuttle are awesome, desk clerks are helpful, housekeeping is great, restaurant staff are polite and the bar staff downstairs make you feel welcome as a solo traveler. This hotel is smack downtown so most everything that you would need is within walking distance. City views from the rooms are pretty nice if you get high enough up. Jake’s steakhouse is across the street and is probably one of the best in town. I stay at this hotel when I’m just flying in and out of Billings. If I had a car, I wouldn’t stay downtown.

Very nice hotel in downtown Billings. Conveniently located near downtown entertainment areas, and they comp your parking in the city garage that you can access by elevated walkway. Breakfast was very good at their restaurant, which also offers a beautiful view ofthe fail yards znd refinery, as well as the Rims. Marked down on cleanliness because the doors and hallway walls have scuff marks from being hit by luggage and carts. Also, our shower drainwas partially clogged and the plumbing fixtures were loose. Overall, i would definitely stay there again, it'd just be bettet if they took care of those details that are the difference between good and great.

Just an overnight stay to accommodate flight schedules. My wife was sick and they helped me with an earlier check in. Everything went smoothly

Could have been a nice stay except: No internet for the entire time we were there and they nick you $5/day for parking (which was buried in the fine print).

Reserved a king bed got one queen. Couch armrest leather scratched and worn. Fridge didn’t work(didn’t realize I had to plug it in behind tv..plug hard to get to). Plug ins on bed lamp real loose and wouldn’t work. Bed comfortable. Had to pay for parking!!! Warm cookies first night was a nice touch.

Location was great downtown, however… The parking was cumbersome. There was a garage across the street, but it was a long way from my room on the tenth floor. Validating the parking before returning to the garage meant standing in line at the front desk while people were checking in/out. The water was warm and not hot for a shower at midnight. I won’t stay there again.
