Rodeway Inn Billings Logan Intl Airport, Near St. Vincent Hospital

I was transferred from one room that was already to another room that was dirty. TV controllers were damaged. Even the toilet was not perfect for the clue. The breakfast area had trash on the floor. No smoking? The staff will not doing work standing right outside the front door smoking

I needed to be close to the airport and an early shuttle. Worked out very Well.

Was coming to Billings to participate in a week long Dinosaur dig. I needed to stay a day before due to inconvenient flight schedules. Arrived at airport @ 11:15 pm and called for advertised free 24 hour pick up from Rodeway Inn. It was only a 4 minute drive. Called 10 times with no answer. Desk attendant took phone off hook. He was the only one staff person present. Had to get Uber, they had fantastic service. Checked into room, no lights functioning except for one by table. This was the most disgusting & disturbing hotel! Filthy rugs, cracked sink, filthy air handler, mold around tub, gabs between floor boards that you can trip on. Asked for smoke free room, didn’t matter due to smokers on both sides of my room. I am just glad there were no bedbugs! Don’t understand why the city of Billings doesn’t condemn this hotel! Very GROSS PLACE!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Floors and bed were absolutely disgusting. Trash was literally everywhere. Trash was stuck to the back of our door. The television didn't work. Half of our lights didn't work in the room. The toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. The shower was not clean at all, dirt all over the shower. The door for the bathroom did not shut. We did not have a chair in the room. The furniture was broken. The microwave was absolutely disgusting so we could not use it. Huge criminal activity in the parking area (i know what it looks like, retired cop). The breakfast was a joke, stale donuts and old disgusting food. If we had any other option we would have left, we should have and sleep in the car. Man at the counter has something against cats, and we said screw it and snuck both our cats in, it was so disgusting they wouldn't be able to notice anyways. Don't bother with your response to the message, refund my money is the only way to remotely make up for the terriblly disgusting condition of thos place. Not only will we never stay there again, we will never stay at a Rodeway ever again. We also made a meme in our family, if it is total garbage it is aa "Rodeway". I wouldn't be satisfied staying at this place for free.

Lack of parking on the property. Lights in the bathroom were missing covers.

No one showed for shuttle at 530 am leaving me trying to get aride.

Close to the airport and downtown

Im in a semi truck (no trailer) They told me I couldn’t park in the parking lot. As a paying customer I should be allowed to park

I mainly needed an inexpensive place to stay for two days while I made a trip out of the very closeby airport. For the price, it was ok. It is a bit rundown, staff are very helpful and nice, but you get what you pay for. This particular time this worked for me. I might book there again if I needed a staging area near the airport for a trip like I did.

Safe, quiet, convenient, and free shuttle to hotel! Have stayed here more times than I can count and I always have a great experience.
