Hotel is well kept and great staff. It is in a congested area so the location is less ideal, with probable parking challenges if you arrive late. Those with mobility issues may have a modest walk from parking to elevator or 1st floor room. No microwave oven is a minus but there is a nice small fridge. Breakfast is a voucher to the neighboring restaurant and while limited re vegetarian options, the egg burrito was excellent.

We had multiple rooms. Because we had a pet, we had to stay downstairs in the ally/parking area. very noisy. The furniture was beat up. The room on the “courtyard” level was better, however, it smelled like a bottle of cologne had been sprayed or spilled. We had to leave our door open for an hour to clear out. the bathrooms were the best feature of the rooms. Seem to be updated. it was fine for 1 night. *The gals at the front desk were super sweet.

For needing a simple hotel room to rest, this was perfect. I did find the lighting in the room to be very harsh (bright) and uncomfortable, and I needed to work for several hours from the room and the chair was not the most comfortable. But the bed was comfortable and it had all of the basics needed for getting rest while traveling. Feels like the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade / deep cleaning but nothing awful.

Great room! We checked in late at night and staff was fantastic and overheard a security member being asked to check on a report of noise which was encouraging. Everyone was efficient and extremely friendly. Great breakfast spot with a discount for hotel guests. Also many restaurants honor guest discounts with a card provided by the hotel. If we are ever back in the area I stay again. The only potential negative is the extremely tight parking. Otherwise very happy with the property.

The parking is horrible for SUVs. My room shook everytime someone walked by or on the stairs. Not twhat i expectrd from the pictures

The front desk girl was the absolute sweetest! Sorry i didnt catch her name. And then the room was so clean. The bathroom floor was heated! Bathroom was spotless. Bedding was clean. Beds were comfy. Information porvided by the girl at thw front desk was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I drove my gmc sierra and it was a tight squeeze for parking so keep that in mind if you have anything long or bigger. But they did give me very fair warninga beforehand.
