Paid to park and fly and when I got back I called the hotel for a shuttle ride back and they said the shuttle ended at 5pm. I was never aware that they had a stop time or I wouldn’t have paid for the park and fly.
The first time I stayed here we came in late and didn’t have an issue getting back to the hotel for our vehicle.
Will not be staying again. Staff is rude.

Stay was just fine for an overnight before we fly but hotels need to stop with the square pillows. They are not comfortable.

In town for family reunion. Conveniently located and easy access to interstate and airport. Only negative is the hall carpeting needs replaced. Reasonably priced as well.

The room stunk like urine, we went and bought car air freshner spray and sprayed the room down. The shower curtain had mold on it. The person behind the desk acted like you was an inconvincing her witj a question. Pool needs a good cleaning, husband loved the hot tub, but it needed cleaned also. I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast, but that even had knats flying in the bread holder. Next time would be hard pass at staying here.

We arrived late and stayed here because if its closeness to the airport. The girl at the desk was lovely! The room had dead centipedes in it. We asked if we could move and again the girl was lovely. She assigned us another room. We got in the room...again there were dead bugs but worse there were smears of red on the mattress of one bed and also all over the table lamp...looked like blood smears. We decided to sleep in our clothes under one cover and got out early the next morning. Not a good experience.

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful when we got there. However the shuttle only goes to the airport until 5:00 pm and we were sent to the wrong area of the airport to go and get on it so we missed it and they would not come back and get us. We had to pay a stranger to drive us there as there were no Uber’s available. The room smelled like a dog when we walked into it. The shower curtain had mold on it and I had bug bites on my legs when I woke up in the morning. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance so we couldn’t use them but didn’t get a reduced price on the room. I was disappointed with the room and shuttle service for the price.

Great customer service. The air shuttle man was very nice and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again. The hotel is definitely underrated
