This was a literal roach hotel. I woke up to roaches on my bed, on the walls, in the bathroom and on the bath towels. Additionally, the room reeked of cigarettes. I had a cancelled flight and needed something close to the airport.

I didn’t end up actually staying here. I picked up my daughter from the airport and went to check in at midnight. The office was closed. The phone that is on the outside of the office is busted and hanging from the wall. I tried calling the Offices of the hotel-Several times—their call center must be in India and could not understand them. They kept telling me that I needed to call back and hit different numbers and to get different help. One woman was finally helpful and said that she was trying to call the manager of the hotel. No one answered her. Now it’s 1am..Still nothing. I was standing out in front of the office with another woman who was also trying to check in. She had the same experience…we both had the idea to go to another location of extended-stay. We went there. It’s going on 130 at this point..at this other location they could not transfer our reservation. I told him my experience of trying to call customer service several times during the course of the last hour and a half with absolutely no help. All they could do is apologize. They were also closed and happen to be open because somebody had lost their hotel key. Their phone on the outside of their office was working. Do not stay with extended-stay. The customer service was terrible and I’ve been charged for the night and I’m still working on getting the refund. What do we do when we are getting off of our flight at midnight and no one is in the office and this location is next to airport.

Had 2nd thoughts on stay. Pulled up to parking lot and there was a drunk man trying to park. Tried to find vacancies elsewhere but none available. Staff was friendly and professional. Room...different story. Supposed to be a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes so we let the room air. Left and did what we needed to do and returned to find out the fridge was not working. Kicker was the air unit. Was hit or miss with the temp. Got too hot at 75 and too cold at 74. I stayed at other properties for this brand but this was by far the most dissatisfied i have been.

Sink, shower curtain, most outlets were broken. The washer and dryer were also broken. I stayed for 2 weeks and actually had someone try to come into the room several nights staying there. Room was also never cleaned. Next to airport so it’s super loud. Location is nice staff is friendly but the hotel itself is in dire need of repair

Thia particular facility chose not to honor my reservation over the weekend. I traveled over 100 miles to stay and was turned away over a policy that was not not on their website or their mobile app. I arrived on a friday afternoon around 5 pm and was unable to book a comparable room as reasonably priced. I ended up paying double what I would have and had to pay my transportation 10 times what I was preparedb to pay. I didnt find another room untill nearly 2.am . Transportation, room and living expenses for this trip were budgeted at 300 dollars. I spent 780 dollars and ended up leaving a day early so I could be sure to haVe enough money to make it home. Terrible experience!!

I showed up and there was junkies tweeking out next to our room. The room was disgusting, stains on the rugs, stains on the bed, and the smell was horrible! I didn’t even stay I went next door that same night and got a room at quality Inn because I couldn’t stay here. This is not a place for the travelers needing a clean place to stay .

I previously booked and paid for my hotel online . After I called to confirm my reservation I asked about incidental /security deposits and was told no by the front desk. Upon checking in I was told that there is a new $250 security deposit rule that was implementated after my booking because I was an out of town guest and I would not be able to vet a room until it was paid.After the check-in debacle I was finally given a key to my room and upon walking up the stairs I noticed that most of the lights are no longer working. Walking up a flight of stairs at 2am in the dark is not the safest thing to do. The room was ok a dirty things here and there. I had a young family member visit me amd unfortunately wet the bed. For TWO DAYS IN A ROW I asked for housekeeping to come change the sheets and they constantly told me that because I was not staying for 7 or more days I do not get a housekeeping or new sheets only new towels. As I was approaching the third day of the same dirty sheets the front desk agent told me that I can brong down the dirty sheets and she wpuld exchange them for new ones. I've never in my life had to do my own housekeeping at a hotel nor have I ever been told I wont be able to get new bedding because my trip isnt long enough. This by far has been the worst hotel experience I've EVER had, I certainly will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to others.

I did not stay at this hotel. My reservation was cancelled and compensation was not offered. My flight to Charleston was delayed and it took over 40 minutes to get the rental car. I began calling the hotel shortly after our arrival to Charleston and no one answered at any time. There was no answering system set up to leave a message. Once I got the rental car I went to the hotel as instructed by a representative on the customer service line. I was told that someone should be at the desk 24 hour. Upon arrival the office was closed. I called the emergency number and was told their system automatically shut down at midnight and there was nothing he could do. I tried getting more information from the worker but was hung up on. The hotel itself offered no assistance. The Hotels.com representative did try to locate other available rooms in the area but wasn't successful. I had to search and book another room at my own expense. This was a great inconvenience. After this experience I would not be comfortable recommending this hotel is anyone else. I would like a refund or some type of compensation for this ordeal.

Stayed 1 night. Very dangerous area. People standing out on balconies all night looking at the parking lot. Leaving at 5:30AM I was surprised by 3 men in the stairwell who were also watching the parking lot. Felt very unsafe and shady. Do not stay here.
