Location is very good. 10 minutes or so from airport. If you're short, then you wont mind the toilet being really low. I'm 5ft 5, and toilet was really low for me. When you check in, the woman is behind a glass partition. You're in a separate room and the window a/c is blaring, so you cant hear what she's saying. Bed was comfortable and plenty of parking. Waffle House 1 minute away. At least room was clean, no bugs.

The floors had not been washed for a very long time. Feet were black from walking on floors. I spilt some water and cleaned it up with some tissues which were very black with dirt. No access to second floor other than stairs. This was supposedly a very good room according to check in staff. Close to airport and a very reasonably priced Chinese buffet restaurant across the road.

A standard airport motel, the staff were nice and helpful, the air con was the loudest we'd come across, so much so it disturbed our sleep. The area is as expected being where it is but it didn't feel scary, we got the bus into town which was super easy. We got the shuttle to the airport in the morning with a very nice man 🙏

Econolodge CLT Airport offered a comfortable stay at a great price, the $5 airport ride option was convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for the value and convenience.

The area was convenient because it was near the airport and a couple of restaurants but the hotel needs to be renovated. The room was not that clean, particularly the bathroom. I had to check in and out through a window which was unwelcoming. The hotel charged for shuttle pick up at the airport which should have been included in the total package cost. Please revamp services and the look. It is in dire need!

The faucets werent working and the shower didnt work until I myself fixed it after trying to ask for the maintenance. i was greeted with attitude. the water for the first 10 minutes every day was brown and the AC kept shutting off every 15 minutes. The bed had stains and the floor had stains. TV barely worked after banging it a few times.
the area was horrible, i was threatened and followed while walking. The people were rude. the parking was fine but there was a person who had a room key as well, who looked into the car a few times.
the room was horrible. it was nothing like advertised, almost like a complete lie.

The staff was lovely, and it was convenient. Also, paying for parking in uptown is very pricey. The bus stop (number 8) is at the corner, and the light rail is about 14 minutes away with 200 spots, and it's free, but they do go fast. It is an old hotel.

Hey if it's for one night its perfect, i read reviews before coming i brought my own toiletries bedsheets towels shower shoes lysol frebreeze, single traveling women with protection i wasn't scared but very aware of my surroundings, they have camreas hopfully they keeping a eye on them, wouldn't hurt to upgrade and put some money back into the property.

I didn’t get in town until 1am. I went to check in and my reservation was canceled because the card on file was declined. I was not notified of this until I got there. Understanding this is a business and the rooms were needed for other travelers, someone could have called me as my number was attached to the reservation. Furthermore the attendant was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. After waiting 30 mins for her to help the person in front of me (whom she accosted for a vending machine soda) and after finally discovering my reservation was canceled she would not just book a room, I was told I would need to reserve another room. Classless and useless. Businesses should put more focus and resources on customer service because your profits are suffering for hiring people like her
