Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbia Greystone

I ONLY stay at the Embassy for the omelet station. It’s what make up for the price as I am a solo traveler and don’t require the space. No omelet station available and the breakfast looked like an Army ration meal. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Very nice property. Fabulous made to order breakfast on sight. Staff working that area are super efficient and keep the area clean and tables readily available. I was surprised by the $10 parking fee

Outdated and Overpriced As a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids ages 7, 10, and 11), we've stayed at multiple Embassy Suites across the United States. This location is by far the dirtiest and most outdated we've ever encountered. The room was spacious enough for our family, which is the primary reason we choose this brand. However, the pull-out sofa cushions in our room were so worn and flat that it was uncomfortable. While we did use the pull-out portion, the hinges were so damaged that we couldn’t fold it back in. The bathroom was dirty, with dust, hair, and what appeared to be food behind the handles and faucet at the sink. There was dried food on the wall near the coffee maker, and the mattresses and duvet had large brown stains. The stains were in different areas, so I can't confirm if the duvet was reused, but it was gross nonetheless. Although the property is listed as non-smoking, large groups of smokers often gather outside the doors, many smoking marijuana, which means one has to walk through smoke to enter the building. This is especially true at the side door near the pool. The pool hours have apparently recently changed, based on the makeshift sign on the door. The current hours are 7 am to 8 pm, which seems quite early and unusual. Overall, we would not return and suggest that patrons look elsewhere. The price for rooms at this location is not justifiable, nor is the additional $10 being charged for parking per night. Complete remodel needed fast!!

Dirty sheet, dirty and smelly carpet, smelly room. Old furniture, dirty vent, we could hardly feel the AC. $10 × every day for parking in the parking lot. That they didn't inform us about. Would Not Recommend!

Older, outdated hotel with an unpleasant odor. Pool closes early, much to our children’s disappointment! And, they CHARGE FOR PARKING. Very surprised and dismayed at this seemingly petty fee, as the parking lot is not a premium commodity there.

Was charged for parking and was never told I would be and rooms are dark and very outdated would not recommend

I stayed at the Embassy Suite Monday 29-30th,I don’t no the name of the lady that check me in i received my key card didn't me about the amenities that they have about the drinks nor the breakfast which I new from being there from last year I asked about the destination fee she says that what is,I feel that something the CEO came up with extra charges and parking fees,I didn't see any cameras nor security more fees for CEO I usually go to the one in Jacksonville but this was closer it makes people don't want to travel also I noticed they was given out water in bags that afternoon I ask the lady at the front desk about it she said it was for special tiers I told her I received water last year so she give it to me there was a lady text me later that afternoon asking me about my room I told her it was great

Loved the cocktail hours where they supply two drinks per night per guest. Rooms were spacious, ours had a leaking toilet but they sent engineer to repair it. Did not like having to pay daily parking fee. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Room was very clean. Hotel was experiencing lots of construction. Construction workers were getting Door Dash food delivery items in the hotel parking lot in the evening. The hotel revolving door was being repaired. Work completed before trip ended.

Good for business travel.
