A one night stay while traveling. Nice welcome at the front desk. Breakfast was a total disappointment. Went for breakfast at 8 AM. Food was almost depleted. Employee started bring out more but it was after the pancake mix was empty, no bagels, yogurt, eggs, etc.

I travel alone for work regularly. I need a place to sleep and shower, but don't need a lot of space otherwise. I liked the compact room, and it was a very convenient location. My only complaint, and it feels petty to say this, is that the desk was right up against the air conditioner, and I was freezing while I worked. If I turned it warmer, the room got too warm. And the chair was weird. I felt like I was falling every time I moved.

The front desk was extremely professional and welcoming. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in the city of Columbia. It is now my hotel of choice. Last, the parking lot is well lit and is safe.

We enjoyed our one night stay in this fairly new hotel just off the freeway. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable beddings. Bathroom Is a good size with good lighting, most importantly it’s neat and clean. Traditional breakfast options of cereal, pancakes, breads, scrambled eggs and sausage, good enough to power you for the day. Highly recommend for those who are traveling in the area.

The staff was friendly and parking was easy. The free breakfast was nice with standard breakfast options and coffee, which was nice. The pool table and "mini" gym were also nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned very well. We found long hair in the shower and green algae growing along the base of the shower door. The room needed to be swept since we could see crumbs on the floor.

Well I don’t understand why they would put someone who has been flying for over 26 hours and then my room right next to the elevator bad move

I needed a clean, comfy, economical place to stay for a quick over night in Columbia and this hotel was perfect for just that! What I liked most: hotel was clean, there was plenty of available parking, hot breakfast included, activities such as pool table and board games available in the lobby. Things I didn't like: no coffee maker in the room (but coffee and microwave were available in the lobby), limited tv channels in the room, only soft/squishy pillows on the beds.

Great stay!! Will only stay here from now on when traveling from Atlanta to Wilmington.

Overall it was a nice stay. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were assigned room 424-we selected that style room for the shower with multiple shower heads and grip bars. The bed was broken in that room. When reported to mgmt, we were transferred to another room that had a limited shower stall. Disappointing. That aside, the room was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast bar had great variety. I wish the food was a little warmer (eggs/pancakes), but the flavor was great. We would stay there again.

This is a very new, very modern and minimalist environment. For an older traveler, or someone who is staying for more than a night or two, you may find the room lacking in seating. There is no lounge chair or relaxation area inside the room other than the bed. It is more of a "go to the lobby and relax/work with others. If I want to work or relax in my room, it's not good for that, in my opinion. That said, I did feel very safe and did like the low access to the shower as I have foot issues. If you are looking for a clean, efficient room for a night or two with not a lot of unpacking (there are no drawers), or like the idea of being in the public area to relax, it's great and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for a short stay. For a longer stay, I will probably go for Hampton or similar. Breakfast, I must add, was very good, including the coffee. The staff is also friendly and do great work.
