Quality Inn

The gentleman at front desk who checked us in was very kind and attentive. The hotel grounds are just fine. Located behind a gas station and a Waffle House. The room itself looked to have been updated a few months ago but is showing signs of wear and tear. The floors and the bathroom were not cleaned well. The refrigerator was dirty from previous guests. However, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. This location served our needs as a place to stay for a night while traveling back home on a road trip. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a family especially one with little kids but perhaps for a couple or a solo traveler.

Stayed just for a nights rest (traveling from FL back to PA), room was clean and quiet, staff was very helpful, breakfast had good choices & was very clean. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Close to restaurants, shopping & the airport. Clean and quiet, plus a decent breakfast. Excellent value hotel.

Burn holes in the blankets, no heat in the room (it’s January). One wash cloth and two towels in a double room, no batteries in the remote. I was traveling with my disabled son and it took us a bit longer than expected to pack up and get checked out. They were banging on my door at 10:59 wanting to know if I was paying for another night or checking out. There’s more but I think you get the point. I hate that I used my rewards for this horrible stay.

We took our flight straight hotel and got ready To relax and suddenly bed bugs appear.. so disgusting want be sleeping there again

My stay was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. The conditions were terrible, when i first arrived there was no hot water til the day after, there was no fire alarm in my room, the air conditioner vents were broken (thankfully the AC worked fine), the doors paint was terrible falling off, the towels had black stains and they had holes in them as well as the bed sheets. The pillows were TINY, HORRIBLE. I asked for clean towels and they would only give me 2 more when there was 3 of us in the room. The breakfast had very little variety. The neighborhood was unsafe as well and the parking spots were tight. The hotel is also in back of a gas station. They also tried charging me 25$ per night for the dog fee when the website states 20$. Extremely disappointed with my stay here.

Not enough parking. Check in person was uncaring. Room was clean but nothing special. Hard to get into parking lot. Stayed at Quality inn in GA Lot nicer hotel.

Check-in was easy, quick.. $20 per pet charge - breakfast of pancakes and yogurt offered... at least THIS time I was not hit with an additional $90 "pet charge" on TOP of the room charge as I was at the Baymont in the same area on my way north. I will NEVER stay at the "Baymont" again the quality of the stay was far from the $157 cost of staying there! Quality Inn was MUCH better!!! Definitely recommend the Quality Inn if traveling with multiple pets!! The floors were of pergo type which makes it easier to keep clean, though I recommend having a blanket or pet bed if you're like me and do not believe pets belong on the furniture / beds. Breakfast has gone downhil on ALL properties that advertise

The room was clean and well appointed and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I stayed here because it was pet friendly and I was in town for a dog show. The pet fee was reasonable. Please people, if you travel with a pet, be courteous and clean up after your pet! It is getting more and more difficult to find pet friendly hotels for a reasonable fee. It is up to all of us to respect the property and other guests.

Easy to access the interstate for travel.
