This property is close to airport, so it toke us minutes to get to airport, drop our rental care off and get to our departure gate.

Offered both comfort and rest close to airport for early flight

AC did not work . Bed table light plugs did not work and sparked when trying to use them . When we arrived there was a group of people in the back part of the parking lot. Grilling and drinking. The bathroom sliding door hard to use . The handles were silver shop handles not a hotel room style also the door marked up. I did inform the front staff on leaving no compensation offered

Hotel of choice (for me) as it is close to Columbia airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not far from downtown Columbia, SC nor the airport. Breakfast areas were ready and clean prepped early in the morning by hard-working staff. He also kept the area clean with other housekeepers. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a short-term or long-term stay, it is very clean and convenient for getting to the town which is right off the exit. Please support the local and check it out!!!!

This was my first experience with Sleep Inn-I believe this may have been a franchise. Be aware they charge a $6 "hospitality fee" which I was told included conditioner for your hair....even if you don't need shampoo and conditioner, they charge you. I was told it was the same if you went to a spa and they charged you a "hospitality fee"...but this was no spa-There was no conditioner in the room...only the usual small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap in the shower and sink-I usually bring my own shampoo because of a medical condition. I think the hospitality charge is just a "gimmick" for the franchiser to get additional revenue. There was an odor in the room, which was not a "clean" smell-carpet look questionable and a broken window-air conditioner and tv worked as they should-shower looked like it needed extra cleaning around where the door meets where you walk in. One garbage can....located in bathroom. Tried to use the dirty phone to call front desk and it did not work-Location was easy to find. Good parking. Seemed like a safe area. Had a workout room and outside pool that was closed for the season.Bed was confortable and appeared clean.Breakfast was good-the lady in charge was very attentive to customer needs and was probably one of the best employees at this location. Not sure if I will stay at another one of this chain or not-we travel several times a year back and forth from Ohio to Florida and had taken a different route and decided to try this facility.

Property is close to airport. Flights stop around 11 which allows for some sleep. Not much around for dinner which is unfortunate. Shoneys closes as 8. Girl who checked us in Wednesday night was pretty close to rude. Check out thursday morning was better

Good where it counts most. Only stayed one night to break up a long drive. Had late check in around 10pm. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and smelled faintly of bleach, but in a good way. Walls were thick, could not hear other guests and the king sized bed was very comfortable (included a box spring - hooray)! Did not hear doors opening & shutting or the elevator either. (We were directly across the hall from the elevator.) Traffic woke me around 6:30 when some large trucks went through, but was able to quickly fall back asleep. Pillows were ok. Temperature was good, had option to leave fan on constant too. Free breakfast was better than it initially looked. Scrambled eggs & sausage were in small containers with plastic tops. Both were surprisingly tasty - one waffle maker as well. Property overall would benefit from a refresh. Seems they recently updated the floor in the bathroom which looked nice, walls were also recently painted. Unfortunately the bath door needed to be adjusted to accommodate the new height. Completely shutting it was a challenge and rather loud. We opted to leave the door slightly open to not wake each other. Tub area should be gutted next. Jets in tub did not work (there was a sign so we would know) and tile needs new grout. Pool was covered during stay in late September :( Would stay here again if driving the same route. Very conveniently located a couple minutes off the interstate, was easy to get in/out, & parking was good.

A great option close to the airport. One negative is that they charge a $6 "hospitality fee" which is not included in the price until AFTER you arrive. Please just pay your housekeepers a fair wage instead of charging hidden fees and deterring guests from tipping them as they feel appropriate for the service.

Loved my stay at sleep inn!! Very comfortable bed and super clean! Free breakfast and 4 minute drive to the airport. Staff was great also would definitely stay there again!
