Clarion Inn & Suites DFW North

Very nice place to stay. I liked that they had a working pool, hot tub, and restaurant. Rooms were updated. Front desk was beautiful with a gorgeous chandelier above it. Staff super friendly. Nearby airport and not directly on flight path like other hotels. You may hear a train pass by but it doesn’t sound a horn, you just hear it on tracks.

Our problems started before we even got to the property. The shuttle bus was no longer running. This was the ENTIRE REASON we picked this hotel near the airport. The woman on the phone was dismissive and spoke terrible English. So we paid for a taxi. When we got there, the people at the desk were uninterested. In the room, most of the outlets did not work, and the room smelled like mold. We had to be back at the airport at 2:00AM for a 5:00AM international flight. Even though we had signed up the night before, the shuttle was a no show for almost an hour. The hotel manager called and talked to him on the phone about what was going on at least 4 times during our wait. The van at one point was across the street, but took off somewhere else instead of picking us up. When the guy finally showed up, he was hostile and either high or drunk. He yanked the door out of my hand after I opened it, argued with us, yelled at us and then took his time getting back in the van and taking us. He was rude and completely out of line during the ride. NEVER again. RUN AWAY!

Everything was great but the shuttle to airport, it was 28 minutes late picking us up in the morning.

Check in was simple and easy. I was able to schedule a shuttle to the airport with ease. The room was clean and overall very quiet.

The room had a musty smell and my room phone was not working. I liked the location which was close to the airport and the airport shuttle. The staff was also helpful and friendly!

The room was clean but smelled very musty like they had water issues. Even the carpet seemed a little damp. My flight arrived late so I didn't get in until 1:00am very tired. I wish they would have told me they used a "group" shuttle. It took them close to 30 mins to pick me up from the airport. After 2 follow up phone calls they finally arrived. The person at the desk was amazing and was very apologic about how long it took them to pick me up. He went above and beyond to try and make it up. I was so tired I dealt with the smell in the room but it wasn't good.

It was convenient to the airport. However, the shuttle took a long time- I could have gotten a taxi in arrived in 5-10 minutes instead of the shuttle taking 30-40 minutes to arrive at the airport. Air conditioner was very noisy.

We Needed a place close to the airport. We made reservations ahead of time, which made the check in quick and easy. The room was clean and the service was excellent. It was just what we needed and after a delayed flight and not so great car rental shuttle from the airport.

The did not let me checkin as I came here on morning of 10th. My flight got delayed and could not come here on 9th. They asked to make a new reservation. This is not fair given that there is atleast 4 hours on my reservation This is simply unfair. Request you to refund my money.

We like the convenience of the shuttle. Our stay is always pleasant.
