It was amazing! My flight got into Des Moines at 9am. I called and they came and picked me up. They couldn’t check me in early due to the hotel being full the night before but they gave me a place to sit and watch tv until they could get me a room. I didn’t have to wait long at all! Everyone was absolutely wonderful!

Excellent place to spend some time off work. All staff members did their best to accommodate us. Highly recommended place especially if you want to be close to DSM airport and use the free shuttle service.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. The room was great. The location was not as close to the airport as I expected but it was okay because I had a rental car. Parking lot was pretty full but I managed to get a spot.

This hotel was a little out of the way but was chosen because it claims to have an EV charging station. No one at the front desk knew what I was talking about when I ask about it. One fairly unfriendly woman went off to ask someone else about it. When she came back she said if there is one it would probably be over in the truck parking lot. We drove around the lot full of semi trucks and didn’t find one. We won’t be back here again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I was there for less than 12 hours as I had an early flight out of DSM, so didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The area felt a bit deserted, but it was quiet as a result.
