Friendly service. Great hotel for a night’s stay. Comfortable and clean room. Close to airport, but quiet all night except for the hum of the a/c unit. Would stay here again. Breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection of waffles, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, …

I had a very nice stay there. The hotel is older , but it was comfortable and clean. The staff were nice and they have 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

Friendly desk staff, quiet being so close to the airport. Great shower pressure, fluffy towels, comfortable beds/pillows. Hot buffet breakfast with many choices. We left car for four nights for $35.

It was a comfortable hotel for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was great.Both drivers to and from the airport were friendly. The bathroom was spacious and updated. I was disappointed by the lack of cleaning details. The a/c vents, lamp and charging station on the night stand were dirty. Please add these items to your daily cleaning list. It will make a big difference for your guests and ratings.

The receptionists and cleaning staff were all exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very satisfactory with hot and cold items, pastries, juices and milk and waffles. Plenty of hot coffee and a small merchandise area with beverages, wine and personal and incidental supplies. Very close to the Des Moines airport. However, The room carpet was filthy (white socks were black after a few minutes), the room chair was dirty with stains (I threw a blanket over it to sit in it), and the bathroom floor was sticky. 2 stars out of 5. I won't stay there again.

It is definitely an airport hotel. The hotel felt old and on the dirty side. It served its purpose before an early morning flight. Definitely not the usual Hampton Inn level of cleanliness. The carpet floors in the room were sticky. The hotel smelled dank, which considering there aren’t vents in the bathroom/shower, doesn’t surprise me. We’ve stayed here twice before flights and probably won’t again.

This property is very near the Des Moines airport. Convenient for an early morning flight out. The desk staff were friendly. We left before the morning breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Standard decor, just a bit dated.

Staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation & taking care of the noise coming from the room next to me. My only issue is that I left my sunglasses in the room & they weren't turned in.
