Management really should take lesson on how to resolve situation when it comes to what you were told in writing at booking and did not deliver. Very unfriendly and would not recommend at all . Booked through Hotels.com and was told breakfast was included and received confirmation in writing. Would not have stayed for five nights if this was not included. Had many other choices but expected Holiday Inn to be better choice, was very wrong. First room that was given to me was dirty and had to change rooms. No one apologized or even communicated to me. I know that I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again and I travel a lot.

The staff was amazing. We had rented a hotel on another property and it was rundown so we canceled and came there. They gave us a great room next to the pool. We extended our stay one more night because our flight was canceled if I’m ever in Des Moines area again I will always stay there.

We absolutely love this hotel, and stay often due to the convenience of the airport across the street, and the shuttle service the hotel provides. Our room this time smelt bad, not your usual get the air going cause it’s musty, but it was funky. Other than this one smelly experience, the hotel is phenomenal, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Staff was helpful. Atrium was a fun atmosphere. Parking and location to the airport was convenient. A bit of early 1980's feel, but well kept up and atrium getting some renovation at time we were there. Print center available. Overall, I would stay there again

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 24/7 airport shuttle service "on demand" was extremely convenient, especially for a very late night arrival. The in-hotel cafe was very efficient with fresh made-to-order breakfasts. Everything was wonderful and worry-free. Highly recommend this hotel for any airport stay!

There were no bar or restaurant available on Sunday. How ridiculous is that. Had to take a taxi to have food and drink.
