This was a disaster. We arrived only to find they had overbooked and - without letting us know in advance - moved our reservation to a sister property 10 miles away! We chose this place because if its proximity to an airport we were flying out of very early the next morning. We had prepaid so had no other recourse but to accept this problem and drive to the next place. (To add insult to injury, when we finally got into a room there was no coffee maker and no hairdryer. What hotel does not have at least a hairdryer these days?) We will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay in the future under any circumstances.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk attendant were absolutely amazing. They created a warm environment for a quick trip to a city I hadn’t been to before.

It was everything that you hope for during your travels. I had to pick up my keys early then go to work. I got in at 0600 and I was thinking that I wouldn't be able to sleep because it was during the day. I was wrong. Place was very quiet and the blackout curtains certainly did their job. I would stay here again without question.

The hotel itself is updated, clean and the staff was very friendly! Each employee i encountered was very nice. Anytime i needed something day or night they had no problem helping me. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds, pillows and blankets were very clean and comfortable. Id say the only downside was the shower, it had a waterfall like shower head. The parking lot was easy to park in, no problems with random people. They have cops patrolling every few hours. You can drive 12 minutes to the beach from here. There is a grocery store behind the hotel. Over all this place was amazing! We will stay again!

I reserved a room weeks in advance. I arrived via Uber on the night of my reservation from the airport and was informed that they do not have a room for me. They did arrange for a room at their sister property. However, they did not offer a ride or to pay for an Uber to the sister property. Additionally, the sister property was an additional 10-15 minutes further away from the area I needed to be in. This cost me in additional Uber costs that night and the next morning. Additionally, staff was not knowledgeable of the amenities and not empowered to assist me.

We are a family of 3. Our reservation was for one room with two beds. When we checked in, there were no rooms available with two beds. So they gave us two separate rooms with one bed in each room. We were not happy, as our family would be staying in two separate rooms. We asked to speak to the manager but they did not have a manager. We asked to take a look at the rooms to see where they were located. They were located across from one another. When we went into one of the rooms, it had not been cleaned. The hotel did not have any other rooms available so they transferred us to another hotel location about a 8 minutes drive away.

Small, awkward lobby, slow front desk service, the elevator and entire floor smelled of someone smoking, barking dogs, parking lot looked was full of beat up vehicles, looked like people had upgraded from living in their car to staying here. Did not feel like a hotel, more like a semi-nice apartment building. The location was convenient for our needs, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

Property was clean, felt Covid safe and the staff was helpful. The thing I didn't like (especially as a female traveling alone) were unsavory characters loitering about the property begging and generally lurking. A security guard is strongly recommended at night.

My husband and I had a disappointing experience here. We were instantly put off by encountering numerous smokers by the entrance who were not smoking far enough away from the building. The room was ok, a little outdated and could use a refresh. We immediately noticed that the cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations - we found several small hairs in the sink, on the bathroom counter, and in the shower, and there was no hand soap provided for the sink. There was a wadded up paper ball shoved in the peephole in the door and a long string of tape on the ground by the bed - although not big deals in and of themselves, something we would have expected housekeeping to notice and take care of. My husband also found long hairs in the bed. We didn’t feel particularly comfortable and questioned the cleanliness of the room. We also didn’t feel very safe. It was evident from the plants in the windowsills of the rooms and hanging decorations from the ceilings that we could see from outside that many people were living here. There were suspicious-looking people hanging out in the parking lot and it seemed like people had parked here and were living in their cars. Furthermore, the hotel parking lot was completely packed and we had a difficult time finding parking that wasn’t in a completely dark corner of the lot. Each time we went in and out of the building we encountered smokers and people loitering. The only plus was that the staff were very friendly. Would not stay again.
