It was an overall nice little place. You had to pay for parking though

The parking and finding the unit was confusing

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Convenient location for accessing airport. Breakfast wasn’t great. They charged a fee to park my car while staying there, ridiculous.

Hotel stay was comfortable although our biggest beef was that we were charged to park our vehicle overnight. It was not declared at the time of booking and we only realized it on our credit card statement. I’m not sure why do they need to charge for parking when there is free street parking available right in front of hotel. Its not like this hotel is on Vegas strip that they can get away with charging for parking. Further, hotel reservation said hot breakfast is available for everyone. To our surprise, there was no hot breakfast, just some cereals and muffins. Not staying again.

This was a horrible place to stay. I was charged for parking to stay the night there. There was no Wi-Fi at the hotel. And my key cards did not work.

My son and I left the rm to eat b/fast and take care of business, when we came back, the non-speaking English housekeeper was cleaning our rm like we've checked out to my surprised. I guess because, we did not leave any personal belongings in the rm while we were out. Still, I wondered what made her think the rm was vacant. I called the desk person, and she had no idea either. I was exhauted from work and for not getting enough sleep the night before and and was going to rest, but had to wait till h/keeper was done with the rm. The bed was stripped. Because of it, desk person said, she would give me an extra 30 mins to stay at no charge. I'm like, I do not need it. And hotels usually will give guests an hr if asked anyway. We left before checked out time anyway. And hotels like this does not charge for parking, this do. Not recommended.

Extremely clean and neat. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but did the job They charge for parking. This was not on the app so an unpleasant surprise

It was quiet and convenient to the airport.

I feel the kitchen area should be smaller, and instead, the bathroom could be larger. I can’t believe there is a parking fee without telling us while we are check in.

The staff here are amazing. We got in really late on a flight, called, and they were waiting for us. The room was nice and clean. The place is set into a wooded area, so you don’t hear a lot of noise, even though shopping and food is close, as is Paine Field. We will stay here again, as it was an excellent place and great value.
