La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Everett

It looked like an older hotel that was remodeled to look new. There were a few things in the rooms that needed to be fixed and were left broken which suprised me but overall it wasn't bad. Beds in the rooms were very comfortable. There is limited parking available so it was hard to park at times when we got back to the hotel. There was some sketchy people near the hotel which was kind of scary.

As we drove in, there was a guy at the entrance sitting on the side walk eating, this was around 2am. There was no parking in the front so we went to the back to find parking and as we were pulling in to a parking spot beside a red Mazda, there was a guy in the car getting sexual favors by a female who’s head was going up and down. At the other corner of the property there was a girl by the door with all of her bags outside. Very sketchy place. Smelled awful inside like wet dog. The room still looked dirty. I’m pregnant and was super tired so my husband and I just slept on top of the sheets of the bed, good thing we brought our own blanket. Definitely do not recommended this hotel.

The rooms are ok clean and good beds.but felt like the property was still under construction or remodel.Staff great and friendly.parking great safe Hotel quiet.

First room we received had fluids spilled over floors and surfaces. Beds were made but sheets were dirty. Second room sheets looked dirty and bathroom had obvious signs of water damage that was not repaired. Doesn’t look like housekeeping cleans the rooms at all they just make up the beds and seems they use their own judgment if to change sheets or not. After receiving two dirty rooms we chose not stay and went across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn.

Felt extremely unsafe at this hotel with my family. There were people hanging around in the parking lot and in the hallways all throughout the hotel and our hallway smelled of fresh Cigarette smoke. We checked in around 5pm and decided to checkout and leave by 9:00pm. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I haven’t receive the refund from my deposit. Other hotels we stayed-in during our travel have already done it. How can others do it and this hotel take so long?

A room rate is included breakfast and parking.

After being unable to open the door on the first room, I was given another room where the faucet in the shower was broken and did not work. Tired and angry I went to bed unshowered and looking forward to leaving the hotel first thing in the morning for my flight.

The parking was a bit tight. Its location was hard to find. The path to take to find it back behind other buildings was difficult the first time getting back there to it. But overall, we were very satisfied.

Landyn was very nice and friendly but property inside and out could really use some love. Outside building had trash around parking lot and landscaping was none existent. The room seemed trashy. Some of the lights didn’t work and there were numerous stains on floor. Only good thing was Landyn greeted us and had great customer service when checking in.
