Be warned - there is a parking fee. When comparing hotels - take into account it's an extra $13 dollars a night.
It is right next to Target, Costco & Alderwood Mall - so maybe that fee helps cover security, but it was a shock to hear it at check-in.
The staff at this hotel obviously put up with a lot, but they're all extremely friendly and amazing.
As this hotel can house large groups, and the walls are thing. We could hear people flushing and babies crying.
You can cook in the suites, and the exhaust fans clearly aren't good enough. The smells in and around dinner time were awful. I really struggled with the strong odors. I ended up buying my own febreeze to try to help mask it. We changed rooms at one point, due to the overwhelming smells.
The staff were amazing and help out, they were symapathetic, and clearly this wasn't the first time it had happened.
I loved the idea of all the big families being able to use the restaurant/lounge for their gatherings, I just found it overwhelming when it came to our turn to try to BBQ, it was like the family that was using that space were mad that we wanted to BBQ as well. That's what it is there for. A communal space for everyone.
The breakfast was typical of a Hilton property, nice and simple and fills everyone up. The all day coffee bar was fantastic, you could see everyone making coffees and sitting or going throughout the days.
Even being so close to the highway, we hardly heard traffic noise.

The whole 6th floor smelled like grease and cooking. Wish the front desk would have let us know there are several extended stay guests on the floor. The hotel was really good when new, but it is starting to show its age. Also after not staying here for a few years, was surprised to find a parking charge. Stayed at Hampton in January and Hilton Garden Inn in Feb, will stay at one of the two the next time, not Homewood Suites. It is not worth the money and the other two hotels are in much better condition.

This hotel was previously our first choice in the Lynnwood area, but I guess the property is starting to show its age. The pillows were lifeless, the bathroom ceiling was stained, the bed was not that comfortable, and now they are charging for parking. I dont think I will be staying there again.

I stay at this hotel everytime I travel to the area for work or pleasure. The last few times I have stayed there the beds have been the most uncomfortable. Hopefully new beds were budgeted for the near future. If I stay there again and the bed sucks I will be finding another hotel to stay in for future travels.

Two light bulbs were burned out when I checked in. There was a rotting bottle of something left in the cupboard above the microwave(reported to front desk and documented.) The dining table was delaminating due to being burned by hot pan(reported to front desk and documented.) No toaster was supplied, until I asked. No paper towels were supplied. The initial room was on the 5th floor, had one window with a heater unit in it, and faced East towards the freeway, very loud. I checked in on a Saturday and was told that I would get FULL room service on the following Wednesday. When Wednesday rolled around, I left my suite at 6am, but stripped my bed of it's linens prior to doing so in an attempt to help the staff. When I returned to the suite at 4pm the pile of linen I stripped that morning was just where I left it, no trash or recycling had been picked up, and no towels or consumables had been replaced(reported to front desk, documented, and asked for a new suite!) When I complained at the front desk I was asked if...."I could make my own bed?" When I was at the front desk asking for another suite I overheard the staff on the "Help" phone say to the the person on the other end, "He said he couldn't make his own bed." This is a HILTON! On top of everything else they charged me for parking to stay there..almost $100 from Sat.-Sat. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had in the service industry and I will not be staying at Hilton ever again!

Convenient to Alderwood Mall, walkable and miss the traffic nightmare of parking there. TV didn't work or I'd give it a higher rating. Nice check in staff.

We stay here several times a year for its proximity to family, for the pool and breakfast. The $13 charge now for parking on its grounds has made us explore options.

I did enjoy my stay place is nice and clean but does need a little facelift. Staff was excellent and very accomodating and friendly. My only issue was that i had to pay for parking that was a major turnoff didnt realize i was in vegas to pay for parking, beside that i did enjoy my stay.

I was disappointed by the condition of this hotel & its operations. Looks nice in photos & has good reviews but need assessment/overhaul. The best thing about this location was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful and I received prompt assistance when needed.
Here are my cons:
-Our room was not at ready at check-in time. We were assigned another room and still checked in almost an hour later.
-Lighting in units is very poor. Especially in the kitchen and over the fridge.
-We had no ice bucket or kettle.
-Walls and furniture have weird stains, chipping paint and peeling leather
-Pull out sofa bed is down to just springs and was dirty. Coverlet had what I assume was pubic hair across it.
-Once sofabed is out, it can't be folded away without a special tool. So if you're staying for more than one night or want to sit on the couch again you need to call maintenance.
-Cracks from floor to ceiling in some areas of the suite.
-Black mold seeping through paint in walls.
-Bathroom vent over shower covered in mold and dust.
- Tub is lined and creaks and buckles slightly. Feels cheap and is noisy.
-No manual temperature control in suite bedroom.
-Breakfast buffet had little selection and was cold. Hot table temp seemed low. I didn't witness staff refresh the inserts of hot food either morning.
-When I reminded them not to charge me for the missing ice bucket they refunded my parking. I don't recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it has EV charging. It would be great if they installed more level 2 chargers in the future. The hotel is listed on plug share, and people report difficulty charging because of popularity or non-EVs parking in the charging slots.
