Best Western Alderwood

Elijah and his manager clearly aren't cut out for the hospitality business. I don't fancy myself a complainer, but check in went badly. When I got there I had printed my confirmation but he didn't look at it. I filled out all my papers and went all the way to the and of the hall on the 4th floor (at 10pm at night after a long travel day) and my key doesn't work. I had to go all the way back down and Elijah barely said "Sorry". He made my key again and all the way back up. This time it worked but it was a single room, not a double. If he had even glanced at my receipt he could have double checked that. So I called them, they switched my room, and it was still on the 4th floor, but I still had to go all the way back down to get the new keys. They pretty much handed me the key, said something about I must have gotten an upgrade and there was no, "Gosh we're sorry about that.."They were pretty silent. I'll give you I was a little hot, but it's not up to me to calm them down when they've goofed up. I've stayed at a lot of BW and these guys fell pretty short. My suggestion is to find another BW in the area with better reviews.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Also free parking and it felt secure and safe all over.Great breakfast. Generous.

Staff are friendly. Love the free parking. The parking lot at night is totally illuminated. The property itself is dated but very clean. I was placed next to the elevator and heard a woman yelling down below around midnight but the sound insulation in the room was excellent!

Good price and room was clean. Lots of parking slots. Very reasonable pet fee. Free breakfast was superb for its price, with egg bacon and choco drink. Location feels safe, as I walk my dog around vicinity at night to pee, lots of grass areas as well.

Nothing bad to say about my stay. It was cut short due to an early flight. But I will definitely come back when it's time to travel again.

I have been there for one night. The place was quiet and breakfast options were good. But the room smell humid and also the washroom shower curtain was broken. And hotel takes no responsibility for parking incidents. Over all i would rate 3***

Easy parking, staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room was amazing (I could have slept in it). Very quiet. Will stay here again.

This property is easy to access if you need a place on the west side of I-5. Great staff, comfortable large rooms, desk, chair, soft bed with lots of pillows. Breakfast is big, hot foods hot, cold cold. Much more than waffles. Coffee available all the time. elevator. small pool and hot tub, but clean and easy to access from front desk/elevator, no long walks down halls dripping wet. parking sufficient. Price was right.

The location is good for travelling, not far from the exit of the highway. Room is clean and quiet, breakfast is also nice no need to worry about finding food in the morning.

I felt safe. Nice lighted parking area, nothing sketchy.
