Overall, quite good in terms of convenience of parking, good food options around. However, breakfast options should be improved. Maybe, you charge $10per person but offer scrambled egg, sausages, etc.

Breakfast could have been better, just toast, bagels, bananas, yogurt, tea and coffee. Very limited selection. Property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The entrance to parking lot is a bit steep. Just need to be careful of the grade and go slow to avoid hitting the underside of your car on the conrete

Driving into the parking lot, first thought is "oh no, i reserved a crack shack motel!"
Immediately, once in the lobby, i knew i was incorrect. Well kept, quiet, cleaner than some 4/5 star hotels ive stayed at. Great value, for a quick overnight.

Clean, safe and easy on the pocket. Met all of my needs. I highly recommend this place for budget travelers looking for a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Location was also excellent.

I arrived at the property and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. The room I chose was the king bed with the jetted tub. Then I went to my room and was really disappointment with the condition of it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a light switch in the shower and mold in the bathroom. The carpet was quite dirty as well so I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off. There was cigar butts and beer cans all over the parking lot. The pictures advertising this property are nothing like what you get. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for three nights. As a light sleeper, I sincerely appreciated how quiet and peaceful my stay was! Although located in a busy area, the building is set back a distance from the road, so it’s surprisingly quiet.
Staff were welcoming and I felt very safe during my stay as a solo traveler. The room was very clean and offered a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. There’s a supermarket right down the road (Fred Meyer), so you can easily pick up food items if you don’t want to dine out.
Unfortunately, they no longer offer breakfast, but do provide coffee, tea and bananas each morning.
I was there during a heatwave but stayed cool and comfortable thanks to the inn’s excellent air conditioner!
I would stay here again.

This is an older property that has been "renovated" but not very well. On the plus side, the room was very clean and tidy. There is construction on the road where the only entrance is and very difficult to see the signs marking the entrance.
There is no breakfast. Only coffee and a bowl of bananas. Since there is no smoking in the hotel (or at least there isn't supposed to be) folks went to the back parking lot and smoked and loudly were laughing and talking well after 11pm.
While this is one of the cheaper alternatives in the Lynnwood area, I wouldn't recommend it.

The check in staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Other than that, being at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable.
Shady-looking people frequent this hotel and hang out in the parking lot. Everything is kept pretty clean, but it's all old and worn.
It's not nasty here, but it's definitely not a comfortable place to stay either.
