Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Everett Silverlake

The elevator was not working which adds a bit of extra work to a long travel day. The morning coffee was dreadful. The cream for the coffee was dreadful. It has been many years since we’ve tasted coffee this bad. The food items offered were fine.

There were many unsavory characters at the property and in the parking lot. The front desk clerk had a pit bull dog in the lobby which was coming up and pressing it’s nose into me several times. There was illegal activity going on in multiple areas of the parking lot. I did not feel safe and left to find somewhere else to stay. I would like to request a refund since I never checked in. Please get back to me as soon as possible regarding the refund

It was good! Every time I have to travel I pick this hotel. Staff are like family and they care.they do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We booked because it was the closest hotel to family, and we were not planning on being in the hotel other than for sleeping. We checked in, and were told the king size room we booked and confirmed, was not available. So we ended up being in a queen. Went to the room and it reeked of smoke. The elevator reeked of smoke as well. Walked through the room, and the floors in the kitchenette and bathroom were extremely sticky. Went to the front room to see if they could put us in a different room. No one was at the front desk; the employees were out in the courtyard....smoking. Gee, could this be why our room and the elevator smells strongly of smoke??? After explaining the the situation, they did move us to another room, which was a bit cleaner and smelled less of smoke, but still not up to par. Very disappointed. We will not be going back to this hotel. I am a frequent traveler, and this is by far the worse facility I have stayed in.

Room smelt weird, constant smell of weed and cigarettes. Bed was very uncomfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms, people wondering around in the parking lot. Found a lock out kit laying in parking lot near cars.
