Good place for a quick stay. Very loud at night. Music blaring from another floor. Called the desk and it seemed to work. Lots of parking lot activity and smell of weed. It’s whatever. Need some cleaning and upgrades. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT stay here!! By far the worst stay we have had in WA state! It was too late in the evening for us to change hotels. When we walked through the hallways it reeked of pot. Although it’s advertised as a 100% smoke free facility. It’s a long stay so no breakfast is served. That I understand but the don’t even have pop or an ice machines. Must have been government subsidized housing based on the people either living or staying there. People hanging out in their vehicles drinking in the parking lot. Broken beer bottles & garbage everywhere. The room we were in didn’t have a door on the bathroom. The bathtub had cigarette burn marks all over it. The toilet tank was cracked & held together by white duck tape. The 2 chairs in the room looked like they were from Value Village. The fabric was pealing & destroyed. The was all sorts of “dirt” in the hallways. The person checking us in told me it was the last room they had & apologized for the state of the room. Said she couldn’t give us a refund or discount because we had booked through a 3rd party.

Our ride dropped us at the hotel directly from the airport around 11PM. The parking lot had several people milling about. We checked in and were billed for the entire week-long stay. The room was not at all as advertised - shabby, with missing furniture, scarred walls, stained floors, no dishwasher, etc. We checked out as soon as we arranged a ride a few hours later. Promised a refund, we finally received a credit for $130 less than expected. There was no explanation for the difference. In over 1,000 nights in hotels, this was by far our worst experience. Caveat emptor!

Everett WA is run down and dangerous. This hotel was more of a nursing home/migrant worker encampment. Gross parking lot and the room smelled SOOO bad. Avoid.

Couple stay with our dog. Pet friendly. Comfortable bed and not too noisy. Bathroom basic and clean. Adequate parking. Convenient location for food and store access.

Very nice parking area with calm vibes. Easy to rest at night!

It was super clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities were ample. Workout room was also clean, well maintained with current equipment. Great for travel nursing.

Very nice accommodations. Room was a little beat up but otherwise very clean. It would have been nice if the other patrons would be a little more considerate about the amount of time they are using the carts. They only have two and both were in the parking lot full of stuff for hours. I was wondering if they were going to throw a tarp over them and turn it into a domicile

Our room was very dirty and the toilet was broken. My daughters and I had to walk through 6 guys standing outside the entrance smoking and drinking. When we got to our room it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. There was what looked like blood on the floor by the desk. It wasn’t loud at night and the beds were comfortable. I believe they use this hotel as a long term stay , so when you pulled into the parking lot there we’re a lot of extra cars and people hanging outside in the parking lot. It’s kind of scary when you are traveling alone with two daughters. Just my opinion.
