I wouldve Given 5 starts but the room smelled like dog food. We ignored it because it was the end of our trip and we were all tired but then I stepped On kibble and found 5 more on the carpet. There was dog hair in the bathroom. I already hate the idea of sharing a room with someone’s pet but at least they clean…..or I thought!! Please have pet rooms and people only rooms! Other than that it was a great hotel with a pretty view of the river and a great location. Staff was super friendly and parking is easy.

We had booked a hotel room, but when we checked in at the hotel, they changed our room from queen size bed to king size without consent. The guest experience was terrible, this happened during Thanksgiving. However, their manager felt that this was not their responsibility, which was ridiculous. Our travel company would not book this hotel next time, as it had no credibility.

Property is really nice, clean and room was modern and spacious for family of 4. Plenty of parking. Not so sure about area but seems okay. A little bit of traffic noise from street outside window but not too bad and it was Saturday night. Enjoyed our stay. Front desk could be a bit more nice. Check in was okay and called the desk to ask a few questions.. very curt and short.

Definitely have to give a shut out for Barney my shuttle driver. He is very friendly and curtesy, thank you for driving me to places that I need to at.

It’s a very busy hotel, even as tourist season is winding down. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get checked in. There are many places within walking distance which is nice, because parking is difficult and not easily found. The hotel breakfast seemed nice, but even first thing it was too crowed to eat there. The room was average and for the money you pay to stay here, I expected a little more.

Nice room and breakfast was tasty, but location was a bit concerning... saw lots of homeless folks walking through hotel parking lot and on nearby side walks and didn't notice any security guards to protect guests and their vehicles. Also they were doing construction/painting of main entrance, so we had to haul luggage around to back entrance (not convenient). Parking lot seemed small and some spaced blocked by construction. We got the last available parking spot when we returned from dinner. The room itself was clean, modern/newly renovated and breakfast was tasty (with limited choices).

Nice hotel with great location. Also it comes with airport shuttle every hour, plus hot breakfast, very convenient and highly recommend.
