Nice room. Wish we had been notified in some way about the parking lot construction ahead of arrival. There was some noise. Overall, though, was good and would stay again.

We checked in at approximately 4 p.m. and they weren't sure if there was a clean room available yet, and check-in is at 2 p.m. There was a lot of construction going on in/around the building. There were very loud people in the parking lot late at night. There wasn't a single working USB port in the room to charge devices. The carpet wasn't clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers didn't work in the bathroom. Didn't know the property was pet friendly, and there were a lot of pets there, including pit bulls and other large dogs. On Sunday morning, police officers were in the parking lot speaking with an occupant who had a pit bull on a leash. Overall, not a good experience.

The view in the room looked over only a parking lot for semi’s. The bed was so hard that it would have been better to sleep outside. The pillows on the bed were as small as the throw pillows on my couch and when I asked for a few more the staff was really rude about it and said they don’t have any more to give out. We only stayed one night out of two and unfortunately the second night was non refundable.

what a pleasant stay! Shout out to Steve and his assistant who checked me in, helped me change rooms upon request. this hotel now supplies earplugs, which ALL hotels should do these days due to noisy guests. When I couldn't get an Uber for my early morning flight out of Ft Wayne, a staff member drove me to the airport himself! I am forever grateful!

I saw a bug & the manager acted like I was nuts because when they went back to check, the bug was gone. I put it in the garage it didn’t kill it. That’s disgusting to me. I wanted to just leave. I’m not comfortable knowing that bugs travel. I’ve gone through this at a Hilton hotel & they let me leave. In order for me to stay, I had him go check my bed for me. After that I felt better.

The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, gas station, and highway. The rooms on the back side of the hotel have noise from semi trucks parking all nights and early morning. The pool is very small. Food and drink options are good. Breakfast was better than I expected. Service was good

I liked the appearance of the Lobby and Breakfast area. I didn't like the access to the building, especially the drive and parking areas. They need to do some patching work.

Elevators not working. We travel a lot, with our dog and experience dozens of pet friendly rooms across the continent each year. Our dog is cleaner than most people...This room really smelled of dog. Front desk check in staff were friendly.
