Adequate for a one-night stay before an early morning flight out of Fort Wayne. Pretty convenient to the airport but not much to do in the area otherwise.

The day time staff was great especially the gentleman that served me. He was knowledgeable. However I did not get my wake up call on the check out day. Almost missed my flight. Very stressful.

My stay was very enjoyable. Just what i needed after a flight from Dublin and connecting flight from OHare. Our room was cvery omfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. I would certainly reccommend a stay at the Hampton.

I requested a room on the first floor close to the lobby area. I got there at 3:15 Thursday afternoon, few cars in the parking lot.Earlier in the week I recd a written confirmation from Hotels.com that those arrangements had been made. When I got there Thursday the only 1st floor room was “pending”. They “convinced me to settle on a 2nd floor room where I ended up and 1 room down from the back door. Oh and in my original request I said I did not want to be by the back door. Apparently when you make requests they are just disregarded. Something I will need to remember in the future.

They did not have my traveling partners room confirmed and there wasn’t a room made available. Consequently, we stayed at another property and paid more than anticipated. I will be asking for a refund on our lodging. Phil Bird
