I have travel extensively in North America and in Europe, staying in a wide variety of hotels. By far this one is the absolute worst! I have pictures of a broken sink, tears and rips, as well as wearing down of the vinyl furniture in the room, and in the eating area, and significant amount of mold in the shower. I can provide pictures upon request

We are traveling with kids and this was a good location for a quick overnight stop. The breakfast was solid and the facilities clean. Just watch out for the huge pothole in the entrance drive.

Not much positive to say. Signs say it’s being remodeled but no evidence of any construction. Hot to the room and the sink stopper is broken and the toilet was plugged up, evidently Roy from a previous guest. Parking lot was full of large trucks that took up 4-5 parking spots each so there was no available parking. Front desk said to park in the shopping center down the road.

Room was clean, comfortable, but really dated. Hot water in shower would come and go. Furniture was showing its age. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, but sausage was ice cold. We booked the property for use of pool. That's a big thing for us when traveling during winter months. After booking, received email from property that the pool was closed, so we didn't pack our swimwear. When we arrived, found out the pool was open and we were highly disappointed.

A day before check-in we were informed that the only amenities. Pool and fitness center were closed. Room on first floor visible from parking lot and passing traffic. In broad daylight, curtains had to be closed or otherwise anyone could see directly into room. Front desk would not change out room. Rooms outdated. A lotofncosmetic maintenance needed inside rooms.

Doors unlocked and people freely walking in from parking lot. The entire first floor smelled like weed. Sketchy people hanging around in halls and in parking lot. Room had finger prints on microwave where someone used it. Hair in toilet and floor in bathroom. Sheets on bed very cheap and bed wasn’t even made on one side. I guess this is the new norm with work ethic. Ugh!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Booked for the airport shuttle, but wasn't running on a Monday morning due to staff shortage, but overall a great stay.

My travel was delayed and you wouldn't allow me to change my booking to 6/9 so I just threw away $100. How do you think I feel about this place?
