Was the Terry the front desk guy the day we checked in. We had a hotel prior to our cruise that was nice and was great but 3x the cost so we came here for the shuttle to the airport and i truly wish we were here for before tge cruise. Terry went above and beyond. He let us with my 7yr old grandson use the pool before we coukd check in and let us check out late and then use the pool till we could go to the airport.we would have been at the airport 7 hours if it wasnt for him and this hotel! We travel a bit and by far we have never had a hotel be so accomidating and the other staff was super nice and the cleaning staff as well. Even the stores near by were nice. Terry put the cherry on our vacation. Thank you so much

We would stay at this hotel again. The lobby and room were clean, and the shower was strong. The room amenities were great. We all loved the wide variety of hot and cold foods available for breakfast. Also, the receptionists were polite and pleasant. Just a couple of things that can be improved on for the future: the long wait for the hotel shuttle (took over 1 hour to be picked up from the airport) and only 1 working elevator. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Our go to spot when we stay overnight before an early flight ! Clean, quiet and close to the airport. This last stay Everson checked us in and he was fantastic!

I waited 45 min for my Shuttle bus I was told to walk to T2 airport while am in T2 in 91 degrees weather. Then I waited 15 mins to check in to my room. After being in my room for 10 minutes, a mildew smell with a stale air, no air conditioner on. The hotel only had one elevator working best to say I won’t stay at this hotel again.

We ended up here due to Spirit airlines woes. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, and the shuttle, was reliable and tools us swiftly to and fro the airport. Beds are comfy. Room is clean.

Last minute stay due to flight cancellation and it was a great choice not far from the airport with some restaurants right across the street. Employee Cary at the front desk was awesome. He was polite, accommodating, and offered excellent customer service. There were good breakfast options, pool area was nice, room was comfy and clean, and there was a timely airport shuttle. I highly recommend!

Best part was we were picked up from airport. We got here , check in was fast. Room very clean. You have places to go , eat, entertainment just across the street. Really happy with Holiday Inn Express &Suites. Will be back again .

Flight was cancelled went there as a last minute booking. Staff was wonderful from check in to check out (Cary). This place was very nice for price and location. Free continental breakfast and shuttle to airport. Will definately br coming back here when in town.

Our flight was delayed and so we only spent a few hours at the hotel but the room was clean and the breakfast was fine.
