Helpful and friendly front desk staff, Oliver, directed me to the easily walkable Meijer to pick up a few items. Hotel and room was pristine. Bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle on time and driver was friendly. 5 stars all the way.

Screaming guests at 1 am. in the hallway. Took too long for personnel to respond. Shuttle to airport was very prompt and driver was very personable.

The shuttle bus driver takes his turns sharp and puts the pedal to the metal, I was sliding off the seat. The hotel is very nice! Make sure if you pay by expedia that the hotel does not charge you again, I had this happen but they fix it and were very kind.

We were traveling with our 15yr old son so we booked a room with 2 Queen beds and prepaid for our reservation. Upon arrival to our room there was only 1 king bed and a chair. When I went to the front desk the gentleman stated that his Mgr had changed the reservation and was not sure why and that they had no other rooms but he could bring in a rollaway bed. He was very nice and very accommodating. It wasn’t ideal but it worked.

Room was freezing staff though friendly not helpful Couldn’t turn down the air Didn’t feel safe on first floor as a solo woman traveler near common area and elevator though I checked in at 2:30 Friday said couldn’t give me a different room Didn’t feel safe Perhaps worst was the handicap shower where I had to hold the shower head to get wet then put down and soap up. Freezing and never felt clean Even gyms have a second shower head mounted on the wall so you get continuous spray Horrible shower Will not stay at a holiday inn again
