I checked in and my key was not programmed properly and I walked a long way to get to room to learn that my keep wouldn’t open the the door also didn’t have face towel in room and it had a smell in room my a/c was very loud couldn’t sleep worst stay ever I really thought this brand up kept their hotels up i travelled from Illinois just to stay in a place that looked old waste of money

Very clean and quiet. Staff super nice. Was an urgent booking due to flight cancellations and this hotel helped make the day/night go better. Reasonably priced too.

This hotel has been updated, which was overdue. It is a great option for Park & Fly, as they will shuttle you both directions and it’s cheaper than paying to park at the airport.

Disappointed with the cold pool and small hot tub. When traveling with kids, the swimming pool is usually the highlight of a hotel!
Nice , comfortable room but we were surprised at how small it was since we supposedly paid for a deluxe room.
Overall it was fine. Would be better in the summer with the outdoor pool open.

I will be back to your location! Your location is close to the airport, it is so clean and has the indoor and outdoor pool. We did not see any customers in the dinning area, but we were greeted by a waitress and the food was GREAT and service was EXCELLENT! I will be back :-) Caroline

Dee at the front desk was great, the shuttle drivers Ryan and Michael were amazing, Kayla and Ester at the restaurant and bar were excellent, and Delane was such a good help with our luggage. Everyone made our experience awesome! Thank you 😊

Very nice facility and very reasonable. My only regret is that I didn’t check earlier on for the airport parking. You get a super deal for 7 days parking along with a great room rate.
