Great stay. Both employees that we interacted with at the front desk were very friendly. The property was very clean and updated. No issues with parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was excellent. Close to dining, shopping, and the airport. Downtown wasn’t too far. The only issue at all was there was audible noise from other rooms. Would certainly stay again.

My husband’s flight was canceled and I tried to cancel my reservation several days in advance and Expedia said they were reaching out and after a day or two said the hotel rejected my request.

They have great beds and pillows and the bathrooms are amazing and private from the rest of the room! I wish we had one every where we travel!

The staff were very friendly especially our shuttle drivers. Thing I did not like is trash pickup at 3am were very loud with the dumpsters. We were on the 3rd floor and still awakened by the loud noise and was unable to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was good, would definitely ask for a room away from the dumpsters. Maybe I should get some extra marriott points as compensation...thank you

Perfect for flying out of Grand Rapids airport. Free shuttle brought us to airport at 430am for early departure and picked us up within 10 minutes upon return a week later at midnight. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast and coffee were good.

I loved staying at this hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helped me order a shuttle to the airport. I have never seen floors shine in a public place like this hotel’s did! My room was huge and very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!
