Breakfast at the Embassy Suites is always a treat. This one was just okay but just above any other hotel in this class. They also were not able to honor their 4pm check-in policy which was a huge problem for our trip as we were traveling for my daughter to compete in the Junior Olympic Games and she couldn't get in to a room in time to refresh and dress before heading to compete that evening. I'm sure this was a rare event for them to not have clean rooms available but it was devastating in our case.

My plane was delayed multiple times. I didn’t arrive until 1:15 am. I called the hotel, and they sent the shuttle right away. I quickly checked in and went straight to my room. Everything went so well!

The staff was amazing and location convenient for traveling off I40 East. Room clean and best sleep I've had in months!

The shuttle to the airport left earlier than scheduled so we missed it and had to get an Uber. The could’ve at least let us know they were leaving early.

My flight was cancelled but the front desk staff made sure my room was available when I finally got to Greensboro. They were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection and I loved the omelette station. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby!

Hotel needs to be updated but is good for the price. Charging for parking is a scam in a non secured lot.

Everything was really good from check in to check out; the only bad thing was the bathroom towels were so hard and rough. It was unfortunate for me bc I usually travel with my own towels. Otherwise, an awesome place to stay.

Our room looked like it was recently redocorated; clean, nice, spacious. We love the reception and the hot breakfast included, Although the website had a picture of a rather dated decor, that was not the case, nor was there a charge for parking that was also noted. (you might want to update those pictures.....on the One Key site??
Only one suggestion....oatmeal was a not hot on our first day....not sure what that was about...and coffee also was not super hot....got cold fast if you did not have a lid on.
Staff very nice. Would stay again....a lot of value for the price of the room
