Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport

perfect place to stay when dropping your child back to school , short distance to high point and many stores on the area for any items you didn’t travel with pool is small but super clean

The breakfast each morning was delicious. The front desk was always ready to answer our questions we may have about area or personal items! I always choose Hampton Inns in my travels! Never disappointed and thank you very much for your kindness while staying!

No 24 hour shuttle but they did arrange a Lyft back to the airport at five AM.

Convenient location, airport shuttle and staff was very nice. Noisy construction was the only downside.

The staff were great when checking in and if I had any questions. The hotel itself is nestled between others but parking is ample and easy. I felt safe also in the area as a solo traveler. The room was clean as well. It does say some construction is going on as they renovate some areas but you could not tell honestly. I only knew because of signage at the elevators. Breakfast options were nice with ranges from egg white omelletes to mini wafdles you could make right then. Some dining options in walking distance as well as short driving distance (5 minutes tops). Would stay again as its worth the price for overall experience and stay.

Property is extremely noisy. Hotel sits directly inline with the airport runway. As plans take off all day and night they go right over the hotel very low and loud. Just check out google maps to see what I am talking about. They are also under construction and my room was right above the construction dumpster and equipment in parking lot. They basically put me in the worst and loudest room in the hotel. No sleep on this trip.

The hotel looked clean in the lobby. I did not go to the room. After checking in, I noticed that Hampton Inn now is a pet friendly hotel. It seemed like a quarter of the guests had animals. If I had known before reserving that this was pet friendly, I would not have and chose another hotel. The front desk staff were awesome, very friendly and professional. The place looked inviting, but not everyone wants to stay in a room where pets have slept on the bedding the night before (sheets are changed, but not the outer bedding). If you are going to be pet friendly, reserve some rooms that are reserved for no pets. It's a shame, but I will not be staying at another Hampton Inn for this reason and I normally look for a Hampton Inn for travel purposes. You are pushing those who do not want to sleep with pets out as customers and right to your competition. Also, some dogs bark all night. This is unfair to other paying customers. Not all pet owners take care of their pets hygiene.

I was in town for the weekend and needed an affordable, safe, clean hotel close to the PTI airport- the Hampton Inn was definitely it! I have no complaints, it was exactly what I had in mind for that price range and wouldnt hesitate to book another stay at this location the next time I am in town.
