The breakfast was wonderful! Hotel was quiet and bed comfortable. Even had an in-room safe which is helpful for business travelers

This property is located close to the airport and the highways. We used this hotel as base as we travelled all around this region. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and have all the key amenities we needed.

I was extremely disappointed when we arrived and the check in person informed me that they had canceled their shuttle service! They suggested I call a Uber. Well that is inconvenient and it adds to the room cost. The manager, who was new, agreed to pay our Uber to the airport. We will have to pay for the return trip. Because of the inconvenience he put 5000 Bonvoy points on my account. So he was very nice but it was extremely frustrating to me. I sure hope the Uber he ordered comes on time tomorrow

The location was very convenient, close to the airport and lots of dining nearby. The people were unusually friendly and helpful, from the desk personnel to the housekeeping and custodial.

Great people there helping the guests. Very comfy beds. They had a shuttle to the high point market but it was only in the morning and evening, nothing in between and the hotel was about 20 minutes or more drive to Highpoint market. Other than that, great hotel.

Reserved a room with 2 double beds 6 months in advance. I was called the day of arrival and asked if I could switch to a king. I said no I need the 2 beds. When I checked in they only had a king available. The manager was rude and un sympathetic. Told me corporate over books by 10% and he could have cancelled my room. Being as my reservation was probably made well ahead of most the others I don’t understand them not having my room especially after the phone conversation I had with them. I did not want to share a bed with my traveling companion as my husband would not be happy about that. They did not care. Bathrooms were moldy and the shower did not drain. Non of the amenities advertised. The bar was not open. There was no breakfast offered.

when booking the room, the one thing we wanted to do was sit outside at the pool and enjoy the nice weather in a different state it said it had a pool. The pictures were beautiful. Also, there was pictures of a beautiful bar and a great breakfast the next morning, we were pulling in the parking lot when I made the reservation room so I chose not to get a refund when I get there. The pool looks fine to me, but they informed me that there was no pole. They had to do so that used to it furthermore, the next morning when I got up to go eat when I went downstairs and they informed me that there will not be no breakfast for the day . it really messed up our plans because we do not have a lot of money to do stuff. We just wanted to be able to enjoy our hotel. I believe that if the pool is not working. Or not open it should be updated on the website daily and breakfast is not gonna be available you should also let you know that at check-in is expensive to feed families and a lot of people depend on Continental breakfast to save money. .

We’ve stayed here 6-7 times i the last two years and have an excellent experience every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the entire building and grounds are clean, plenty of parking, quiet. We will continue to book here in the future

My stay was okay. The room was clean, but my outdoor window was dirty. There was no Sunday breakfast, or paid shuttle service before 7 AM.
